Second time here since it opened under new ownership. Hadn't been there previously but word of mouth recommended to avoid it. But this mob have me impressed. From the decor to the friendly staff and food, this place is a good place to grab something to eat. It's got one page worth of dishes so not a lot but where they really shine is their Chef's specials. First visit I had the marinated chargrilled lamb rump with mash potatoes and salsa verde. My group wished they'd picked that when they saw it brought out. It was wonderfully cooked. The second time after umming and arring for I swear 10min I settled with the lamb pot pie with mash and peas (see photo). I'm not a fan of peas but it didn't matter because they weren't mixed in so I pushed them aside. The star of the meal was the pot pie. That thing was huge but delicious. Pastry was nice and flaky and th lamb was tender and flavoursome. The mash was great too. I'll probably be back again because it's a good all-round pub. Rating it 4 stars because I haven't investigated the bar just yet but from what I saw they had a nice selection on tap and decent amount of spirits and wines.

Fresh, clean decor giving a nice new vibe to the area.
The food is incredible! Decided on 4 entrees and a salad to share between 3. It was a great way to try some of the options they had.
Will definitely be back for the food 😋

I’ve been here a few times since its re-opening and it’s a nice and easy place for a pub feed.
Food is definitely under valued, well done to the chefs and kitchen hands! Selection of beers on tap is spot on and there is plenty of space inside and out with its beer garden area.
