Food Star

Wayne and I were very happy to have chosen Conca D'oro as our venue for both our ceremony and reception. I remember the moment we stepped inside their venue to inquire about their wedding packages, we were blown away by the customer service we experienced from Fran. She was very passionate about weddings, about the venue, the legacy it has, and what they do well (ie food and service). Even with the limited budget we had, and during a time when their business suffered from the effects of COVID19 on the wedding industry, never did we feel that Fran was just trying to make business -- we felt the genuine appreciation she had for her job and the genuine connection she was trying to make with people. She listened to all our requests, answered all our queries... and made everything possible for us. She was there every step of the way and every good thing we envisioned, was there, wonderfully made, placed on the wedding day. The centrepieces, the food, the decor -- everything was lovely :) Our guests enjoyed the wedding and were so relaxed and had a lot of nice words to say about the food and service. The beef cheeks were a hit! The calamari were amazing! The desserts to die for! Everyone had a big smile on their face during the day -- the kids, the parents, our staff.. But most importantly, Wayne and I enjoyed our wedding and were very pleased on how it turned out. The only thing that could be improved would probably just be the speakers at the Regal. There were moments during the wedding where when we were playing the video from the computer and somehow the sound came out static-y at times or there were sudden loud jolts. But for us this is a minor thing, and we would still choose Conca D'oro if we were to get married again haha. Thanks again Fran and team! Thanks Conca D'oro. - Rochele and Wayne

We enlisted Concad'oro for our wedding and liaised with Luisa from start to finish. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, accommodated for all of our requests and really made us feel at ease and comfortable throughout. She was genuinely sweet when we came in with my stepkids, treated them to dessert and showed them around the venue in comparison to other vendors have been stand-offish when the kids were around. In terms of the running of the day, it went seamlessly and the food was great. Would 10/10 recommend Concodoro - make sure you ask to work with Luisa!!!!

We had our wedding reception in the Conca Doro Regal Ballroom, and we couldn't have asked for a better evening. From the get-go, Sam patiently guided us through the initial planning down to the smallest details, and made everything so easy. On the night, Luke and the boys were very accommodating of a slight schedule adjustment for a late-running groomsman, and their professionalism and friendliness put us at ease immediately. From the moment we stepped out of the limo, we were whisked away into the cosy bridal room and instructed to relax and enjoy canapes while final preparations were made upstairs. The venue was decked out to perfection; so much care went into ensuring everything was even better than I imagined, and the ambiance was just wonderful. Walking into the beautiful ballroom was a magical experience, and the rest of the evening was no less enchanting. Thank you so much to Sam, Luke and all the staff at Conca D'Oro for everything - we couldn't have done it without you! x
