First time dinner at this nice and friendly Persian restaurant. Great location by the lake, friendly service, delicious food. My family loved it and recommend to whoever like to taste Persian food.

Great Middle Eastern Cuisine
My family and I dined here as this restaurant was recommended by a family friend. This restaurant is a fair bit far from where we lived however when we got the food and the beautiful flavours and freshness of the dish, we didn’t care about the drive back.
There are only a handful of great Middle Eastern restaurants that are not overrated & now this great restaurant is one of them. I strongly recommend you pay a visit to this establishment if you want a taste of the Middle East. If this restaurant is far from you, try Franks in Fairfield. I’ll be reviewing another Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant over the next few days, so stay tuned.
The food at Anais I believe is as close as you can get to eating in the Middle East. The kebabs had a delicious smokey flavour and the chicken Shish was nice and tender.
It’s my first time trying Persian food and I had an enjoyable dining experience at Anais. Started with Tapas of Persia. Served with Lebanese bread, it comes with a variety of flavourful dips and pickled vegetables. My favourite has got to be the Igra, delish!
Then I tried the feast of Anais for two. Delicious and generously portioned, there are 4 large skewers (lamb chunks, beef chunks, lamb mince and chicken breast) served with aromatic basmati rice and Shirazi salad.
All four skewers are so good. Then the dessert. Wow! The homemade Persian ice cream has very distinctive and a nice flavour of rose, saffron and pistachios. The addition of baklava and Persian fairy floss on top brought this dish to the next level.
