Found myself in Bentleigh today at this magnificent patisserie. Small business run by Solvi & Kim with everything baked fresh on the premises. Nothing fake here because even the cream is whipped fresh for the cakes (large & small). They have bread, pies, cakes, sandwiches & so much more.. As I watched them both, they greet & farewell each person with a smile (even in the busiest of times) and I never saw one person in the whole hour leave unhappy. Their manner was contagious in lifting peoples spirits. I highly recommend a trip to Bentleigh in support of them, as well enjoy great coffee & fresh food. Yummmmmy ☆☆☆☆☆
