OK! So there was a slight wait to be seated, the chairs we sat on seemed somewhat rickety, and the service was a little relaxed, but I've got to say I just love this place! Came for brunch on a busy Sunday and spotted lots of high teas and Eggs Benedict dishes going around. "Isn't this place 100% plant based?", I asked my vegan friend! Not only is it plant based; it is also dairy free, refined sugar free and gluten free! So the Eggs Benedict consists of gluten free English muffins topped with spinach, avocado, 2 nEggs (house made vegan eggs made w coconut and sweet potato), maple tempeh bacon, mushrooms and raw vegan hollandaise sauce. Looked yummy but chose the SK avo on toast w house made kraut ($16) and Grawnola (raw $17.50) made from buckwheat, goji berries & cacao nibs with mylk, and seasonal fruit! Also added coconut yoghurt for a probiotic kick! Not sure why, but the tastes here are superlative to regular food. It is kind of like you've died and gone to heaven and everything just tastes better! The Iced Sacred Cacao ($10) was actually out of this world, as was the Golden Mylk turmeric latte ($5.50) Will definitely be back for the high tea event, but was informed you need to book this two days in advance! Live a little and put all preconceived ideas of health food and veganism behind you! Try it...you'll like it!

Cute interior, friendly staff and DELICIOUS food! I haven't had very much vegan food but my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and plan on trying more if this is the kind of foods we'll be eating!

Sadhana Kitchen is a vegan cafe in Bondi that serves 100% plant based, nourishing wholefoods that are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. I do not visit vegan restaurants often but we decided to be adventurous one day and try this place for we had heard good reviews about it. We ordered a savoury and a sweet dish to share. For our savoury dish, we ordered the Vegan lasagne made with mushroom and spinach ricotta on a bed of salad. This was an interesting dish, the mushroom and spinach ricotta was full of flavour and did well to mimic the usual pasta sheets. I would not say it’s a substitute for normal lasagne but it was decently made and tasted nice.

I would happily revisit Sadhana for High Tea again and again. After my High Tea experience here it made me think to myself - why bother consuming refined sugar and processed sweets at a regular high tea when you can have wholesome raw vegan treats that taste EVEN BETTER!!!

We were a group of 3 and there was 3 of everything so we each got to try all the savoury and sweets which left us extremely satiated and happy. My favourites from our selection of High Tea nibbles:
- Raw Bagels with cucumber & cream cheeze
- Flax crisp with tuna
- Walnut cacao slice
- Lemony Cheesecake
- Banoffee slice
- Caramel Slice
- Sesame & cacao superfoods balls

Each of the cheesecakes/slices were creamy, decadent with a textured crispy base which I loved. There were some slices (like the caramel and cacao options) that were on the sweet side and the lemon & banoffee slices were not as sweet but the hint of citrus and the banana taste left you wanting more.

Loved the texture of the crisps and raw bagels, they definitely fill you up quickly! And of all the flax crisps with spread (there was also hummus, beet and avocado) - our favourite was definitely the tuna.

And we were able to select a bottomless tea or organic coffee. Would highly recommend this High Tea even for those with a sweet tooth that don't consciously eat raw vegan, you'll have to give this a try! Your tastebuds will love it and you won't feel guilty afterwards :)

I have visited Sadhana on two occasions on my trip to Sydney. The first time I ordered the vegan waffles, which were titled "the best waffles ever" and while they were quite beautiful, I probably wouldn't call them "the best waffles ever" as they needed a sweetener of some sort, like pure maple syrup or date paste/syrup. But I know this place is known for "whole foods", so that could just be why. But there was a solid amount of other toppings including the hugest passionfruit I have ever seen and I did enjoy the waffles.
I also ordered the superfood mylo (cold) which was delicious! I have missed milo since being vegan, so this was great to try!
My nephew ordered the banana bread, which I tried and it was delicious & my sister enjoyed her waffles and coffee frappe!

On my second visit I ordered the brownie sundae which also felt like it needed something a little extra on top but it was still good. My friend ordered the Soul Bowl which looked absolutely divine but was quite pricey at $21.

The cafe itself is gorgeous & the staff are very friendly! I would return :)

Nestled in amongst a street of pretty pastel buildings, Sadhana Kitchen is in a prime location super close to the beach. The décor is lovely, as is the food. Really enjoyed breakfast here.

The “eggs” benedict is an interesting dish worth trying. From first glance the fake eggs do a great job at looking like the real thing, but they taste nothing alike (I don’t think it’s trying to either). These vegan eggs are made with coconut and sweet potato and I found them to be quite pleasant, however wasn’t the biggest fan of the coconut bacon. I think personally I would have preferred more spinach or mushrooms and no bacon. There was a lot of the sauce which felt quite heavy after a while, but as a whole it was a well rounded dish.

They’re not far off by calling their superfood waffles the ‘best waffles ever’, because they were pretty damn good and this is coming from someone who is not even a fan of sweet breakfasts. I actually preferred the waffles over the eggs benedict, and regret not getting it with a serve of cocowhip – would’ve been the icing on the cake. Presentation was also on point.

The downsides were definitely the drinks. Coffee was burnt and matcha latte was so weak it felt like I was just drinking warm soy milk. I did like the presentation though and the chocolate smeared on the side was tasty when mixed in. It just needed that extra strength and it would have been a top notch matcha latte!

Acai bowl was amazing
Loved the grawnola! Coconut yogurt was awesome. Coffee was ok, loved that they don't serve dairy. My non vego partner enjoyed trying his piccolo with coconut milk. He also enjoyed the waffles.

Staff were friendly and helpful but no too in your face, nice space and relaxed vibe.
Will definitely come back when I'm in Sydney next.

Sadhana Kitchen in just to the north if the main stretch along the beach is worth the walk, the food is so good!!! All vegan and really brilliant.
The service was prompt and it was a nice way to finish the coastal walk.
I ordered an iced long black with soy milk on the side, really enjoyed the presentation, so artesian! For lunch I ordered Raw Pad Thai. Not quite like any pad thai I ever remember having but i enjoyed it nonetheless. The kelp noodles were seasoned really well and the sesame dressing had a nice kick of spice to it. It wasn't that filling, but luckily I wasn't that hungry. My friend had the Bondi Bowl. It was damn beautiful, the tempeh was well seasoned and the beetroot hummus was to die for. We also had Caramel CocoWhip, It was so delicious, the cocowhip was creamy and the caramel was not too sweet that it overpowered the cocowhip.
Overall, Sadhana is worth paying a little more for good vegan food. It was a very nice experience!

Ahh Sadhana! What a beautiful lunch i enjoyed here! I tried the winter bowl (AMAZING) and the raw pad thai. Both the plates were delish, but the winter bowl in particular was special. Also tried a really amazing green smoothie that i cant wait to have again! I want to go back and try some of their desserts and cakes!

Love love love everything with Sadhana Kitchen! The food was a amazing, so many different flavors in every single bite that assured me that lots of love is put in making their food. Their staff was helpful and welcoming, their menu had so many tempting options and the icing on the cake that really impressed me was their water saving toilet. They've really put a lot of thought in to their concept and I'm happy to have been inspired by them. Thank you Sadhana Kitchen!

Great vegan food near Bondi Beach. Prepare to spend ~$30pp. The eggs benedict was worth the value but I think you'd want to stray away from their "bowls" because they're salads that you can easily make yourselves I.e. nothing too special (pictured). The service was slow however the toilets were eco-friendly and awesome! Definitely a nice space for brunch and 25% of profits go back to the community! I also got the brownie sundae which was delicious!

Had a great time brunching here with friends. Honestly some of the best food I've had in Sydney. It's so lovely finding not only a place that caters to vegans but does it well. I'll definitely be coming back, hopefully sooner than later!

Amazing vegan food. The quality and the ingenuity of the dishes has made it a Bondi staple for me. Perfect for breakfast and brunch, with the highlight being the eggs (made from coconut and sweet potato) benedicte, and the blt (made with coconut bacon). Servings are small, but the dense sprouted bread fills you up. Only downside is price, but this is understandable considering the ingredients used.

The raw granola and waffles are super yummy. Also the iced mocca with dates was a great coffee kick. The servings are generous and come with lots of yummy fruit. My actual acai was a little icey and i didn't eat it. I ate everything around it though! Also a little pricey
