Oh. My. Goodness. What an absolutely fabulous place. We were staying in the hotel and got to enjoy dinner as a package. We did not expect the quality and enjoyability that we experienced. Food was phenomenal, absolutely beautiful, the wine options were a perfect fit, and the service was next level. We were lucky to have Yvonne the manager as our host and she made us feel so welcomed without being intrusive. Marcus the chef did an amazing job and even went above and beyond with some special touches. Couldn't have had a better dinner experience in our opinion.

The Best Night for Celebrating my Mom and Dad’s Anniversary with a complimentary brownie. Outstanding Service and Dinner. Not too expensive and worth every minute eating here. Will suggest to others. Will be back for more.

The big surprise during our stay was the quality of the In-House Lambert’s Restaurant, Bar and Lounge. The restaurant had a relaxed decor and all the food dishes we selected arrived timely and with a mouth watering 5 Star quality for all categories of cooking, taste and presentation. Our meal was definitely as good as the finest Brisbane city restaurants and the kitchen crew should be very proud of what they are creating there. <br/>Also we enjoyed excellent service from our restaurant waitress ‘Yvonne’ who was both friendly and informative about the restaurant menu and took the time to periodically revisit our table to make sure we had a wonderful evening. We have since told all our friends that this restaurant is a delight to experience both for quality and service. <br/><br/>Thank you kindly for a wonder meal and service.<br/><br/>Kind regards,

FOODIE ADVENTURE
Recenty l had the pleasure of dining at the very beautiful Lamberts restaurant located at The Point Brisbane Hotel in Kangaroo Point. Lamberts serves up Modern Australian cuisine and prides itself in quality and presentation and it was evident in every single course that we got. l also had the opportunity to try a Glacier toothfish aka Patagonian toothfish for the first time and l loved it. It’s good to know that the fish is sustainable and Australian so it was a definite winner with me. Beautiful presentation and cooked to perfection and you can tell it was given the respect it deserves.

I had a good night in Lamberts. I went for my birthday celebration there, it was one day after my birthday. Very fancy cocktails! Their menu is also different. I had monk fish and green apple creme brûlée. In the end, restaurant gave me a surprise of extra dessert! Thank you

Lamberts was busy the night we stopped by. Luke was great and his whole looked after us like family. This place is a real gem, the food is out of this world. You have to leave room for dessert.

Outstanding experience! Starting with the super friendly and kind service we were made to feel very welcome, even our two year old had a great time. The spanner crab and scallops entrees were both perfect and beautiful presented. The highlight of our mains was probably the scotch fillet done in cafe de Paris style - highly recommend! For desert I had the most beautifully presented affogato I’ve seen 🤗 and my daughters eyes genuinely lit up when she saw her ice cream cone with fruit being served 👌 well done Lambert’s 🙏

This is definitely a hidden gem! <br/>We are so happy to dine in there on a Saturday night and get served by Johannes for the night. He not just taking care of our food and wine selection, but also taking care of the needs of our toddler.Foodwise: recommending their signature dish, local spanner crab, from plating to yumminess, both on point. <br/>We went for a scotch fillet (loving the side truffled paris mash), seafood fettucini and murray cod (super pretty golden yellow pan-fried skin) for mains.

Re-visited this restaurant after a mini road show at the Lambert mid-Nov. Honestly, it was the first time that I had dinner here. Service is very friendly, hospitable and attentive. After we placed the ordered, the start of Amouse-bouche of spring rolls served with well-presented plating skill attracted our attention and appreciation. Then entrees of Free range duck saucisse and local spanner crab did not let us down. Flavour of duck saucisse was very rich; on the other hand, the local spanner crab was very refreshing. Mains of Scotch fillet and Seafood Fettucine were both above average. Fillet quality was good and just prepared perfectly in med-rare. Accompanied beer battered chips were surprisingly crispy. Fettucine was silky and varieties of seafood were plenty and tasted good. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended. <br/> <br/>Jul 29, 2015   Rating 3.5/5 <br/>Dined in for breakfast prior to attend a mini trade-show at the top floor of the Point hotel. Set up was nice and comfortable. The quality and varieties of food in buffet breakfast were all good and tasteful. Service was attentive and friendly. I asked the waitress to show me the menu again at the end of my breakfast and discovered that they provide quite a spectacular range of dishes and sounds in fine-dining style. I would definitely go back to try.

Delicious burger in the restaurant in the foyer of the Point hotel. So juicy with the patty still pink. The chips were crispy and fluffy inside. The tomato jam was lovely and thick too.

Attended Lamberts one night for dinner and while I could not fault the meals which were delicious and the staff which were friendly and quick, the thing that let this place down the most was the atmosphere. We were joined by only one other table in the whole restaurant and when they left it was just us to ourselves at 730 on a Saturday night which made things feel very awkward. I dare say it's due to an out of sight position though I would recommend giving them a go.

Beautiful and romantic dinner at Lamberts yesterday with the wife. The place was empty but the food was fantastic. The hotel itself is a little hidden gem. Really enjoyed all the dishes.

To start, I had the Rabbit Cottage pie with celeriac puree, brussels sprouts, and cinnamon and juniper jus. The meaty ingredients were encased in a very buttery shortcut pastry ring, and were topped by a piped potato crust. This was a robust wintery dish and very filling! I did feel the jus on the side was a little redundant, and was quite salty and overreduced, so I left most of it.

Lamberts at The Point. Just had a wonderful dinner, with an extremely accommodating and very generous chef supplying a delicious vegen meal without notice or fuss for my partner. I'd even eat it even though I love my protein!<br/>My fettucini was also wonderful with seafood cooked very well and extremely tasty. <br/>Will definitely be returning to stay at 'The Point' and eating at Lamberts.<br/><br/>Great staff who are super friendly and wonderful hosts make the experience much more fun than dining at some other venues.

A guitarist and cellist are playing soul-soothing manouche music as we arrive at Lamberts. This restaurant in The Point, a hotel in Kangaroo Point on a sweeping bend of the Brisbane River, offers live music on Friday nights. It sets the mood for a relaxed evening of dining with a contemporary Australian menu offering fresh, seasonal flavours. The restaurant is on the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking the pool. It’s a bright, modern space with swirly patterns on the carpet and a long red banquette seat down the middle of the room. Cleverly, it straddles both casual and formal dining, with candles on the tables at night lending a touch of elegance, and food and lifestyle magazines on some of the tables lending a more casual note.

Enjoyable Night. My partner and I dined at Lamberts over the weekend. The food was great and service very attentive. I would definitely recommend the lemon tart for dessert. I will be back to work my through the rest of the dessert menu!

Friendly Service great Food. Dined here on the weekend with friends. Started in the bar with a few cocktails that were very tasty. Service in the restaurant was friendly and quick. Food was amazing and looked great, much better than your standard hotel restaurant. Will definitely be back again.

Great Meal. We had a Valentines Day dinner there as we are local. The meal was excellent with very good service and we would definitely go back again.<br/><br/>However it is a typical hotel dining room and the decor does not fit an evening out. This place could attract a lot more customers if they changed the decor to cater for non hotel guests.

How was your meal ?. I dined with a large party and many people said they were very happy with their meal - especially the duck & the gnocchi. <br/><br/>The staff at the start of the meal were very attentive.<br/><br/>I only wanted something simple and choose the pear, walnut and rocket salad.<br/><br/>Conceptually it was fine - but there must have been an accident in the kitchen because it was doused in a layer of salt and inedible. I tried various corners of the plate but everything was covered in a layer of salt. I am sure its not normally like that.<br/><br/>At no time - after it was served to me was I asked how was my meal, and when a practically full plate of salad was taken from me - the waiters did not comment or query.<br/><br/>Everyone else seemed really happy with their meals<br/><br/>I paid $50 for my meal (& when I paid I was not asked how was your meal), left drove to subways and bought a $5 sub for dinner.

Impressed!. I came here last week to catch up with some friends over a glass of wine after hearing they have live music on a Friday evening. I was impressed the atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were friendly. We ended up staying for dinner - the warm chocolate fondant is a MUST! Rich but delicious.<br/>I will be back.
