Fantastic! Delicious food & great service. We shared a bunch of wings ($1 on Wednesday), a big rib platter, sides & a few bevvies which came to about $40pp. Left happily full & thinking about the next visit! We had a group of 5 adults, a toddler & 2 babies and the wait staff catered to needing a little extra space for prams. There’s also access to a parents room & bathrooms next to the restaurant.

Been a few months since we have been here. What a great night. Food was beyond perfect, service was fantastic. Have tried to find another place to try but nothing has come close. The staff are excellent and friendly and the beer is cold. Try it once, you’ll be back.

I was craving some good ribs and decided to give this place a try with my partner. My partner had the beef brisket plate and I ordered the Kansas City style pork ribs. Not only was the food amazing including the wings we had as an entree but the service was exceptional. From the moment we walked in the staff were very welcoming and attentive to our requests. They even allowed us to try samples of the various sauces when I couldn't make up my mind which flavour to go for. I have ordered ribs many times at other restaurants and been very disappointed with them being overcooked and dry. However, this place clearly knew what they were doing as the meat just fell off the bone as it was so succulent and tasty. My partner also really enjoyed her beef brisket which was very nice. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good meat fix. The chips were also nice and crunchy. Will be back for sure!

This place makes the corn bread that fills my dreams. The pulled pork is amazing. Kids love the wings and the Mac n cheese. Book in advance.

Very good BBQ pork ribs,it’s juicy , tender and full of taste.
Caesar salad was ok, but service is unbeatable , I will definitely come back for the ribs :)

Always great service and a nice variety. Food is fantastic, often need a moment because it can be hard to choose. They do take away too which is great. Hope to go back soon!

I have been to this place multiple times and this was the best food I have had there. The chicken wings were crispy but not dry. The brisket was nice and smokey. The pork belly burger was my favorite. The fat was rendered and had a nice char. The only let down was the average service. The staff were friendly but we were left sitting at our table waiting for over 20 minutes while others were served around us.

The food was amazing. The Ceegars were really nice, loved the dipping sauce. We had a platter, which was perfect size for 2 adults, 2 kids. Ordered an extra bowl of chips which was completely unnecessary. Great food all round.

Its located in Merthyr Village so parking wasn't too hard to find. There is an entrance by the road but we came through the car park around the back.

Not too busy so we picked a table and were given menus. Quite a few items looked tasty but we ended up getting the big rib platter to share. We weren't sure if it came with sides but got chips and coleslaw but we didn't get to choose.

The Memphis pork belly was amazing. Crispy, flavoursome and simply delicious. The pulled pork and beef ribs were also nice. Huge servings but we did manage to eat all the meat. Nice food and not too bad of a location to get there.

Hands down one of the best ribs and wings places in Brisbane. Doesn’t get mote authentic and American than this place. Get there early to avoid being dissappointed. Highly recommended

Gahhh everything here is SO bloody YUM! The ribs just fall off the bone and some of the flavours (Bourbon Lamb Ribs, we're looking a you) will knock your socks off. Definitely give the combos a good look, they're great value and a fun way to try a few different dishes. Love their American beer selection as well. Hands down our favourite rib joint in Brisbane!

I had the pulled pork plate - it was well priced and a great serving. It wasn't as great as I was expecting given the stellar reviews I've seen online for this place, but it was good. The staff are friendly and very accommodating to dietary needs, and the atmosphere is quite nice. I'm keen to come back and try more.
