Phuong Tran and I decide on a Ramen lunch just before the lunchtime rush. We order a Karaka Men and Miso Spicy Men. Our steaming bowls are served in 15 minutes. The Ramen is al dente and the broths are delicious. Thank you guys!
Been here to dine in for several times before, but due to Covid-19, I had to do takeaways. The staff kindly packed the noodles and the soup in separate containers. The staff processed my orders quickly and in safe manners.
Ordered the Chashu Men (menu number 2). The tasty broth was always slightly salty to my preferences but matches well with the plain, bland noodle. The meat given was also perfectly seasoned, thinly sliced, tender and easy to chew.
Would love to get another bowl of the ramen in the future.
Due to the new measures from government, it is enforced to have take away only from all eateries so I have no choice but revisit this Raman Dan for a quick lunch.
Ordered the Nagahama ramen and it only took couple of ministries to have the whole bag of noodles and soup to take away.
Back to my office and put the ramen on my table. Well, noodles started to stick together and took a while to soften it by the soup. Texture is no good at all. Soup base is rich but I have not had such thin Cha Siu for a long time that nearly melted in my mouth without any effort of chewing them.
Overall, I can say that it is a satisfied lunch but what can I expect on take-away food? Right?

Free noodles on your birthday. What is there not to love about that! Come here, then go get your free Boost afterwards to wash it down. In recent years they have been writing down your license details to prevent exploitation I guess.
When dining here any other day, it’s pretty good. Like the free noodle refill you can get, and service is pretty quick. However due to the fast turn around, often many of the seats need to be cleared which is a bit delayed, or the limited seating is full. They definitely could use more seating room compared to the emptier restaurants to either side

Best Ramen in Brisbane. I eat ramen at least once a weak and hakataya my favourite place to go. I always leave full, and sides are just best. And free noodle? Amazing!

My friend and I came here a few times before and after we went to Japan to get a taste for a Good Ramen.
We have returned many times since.
I love ramen and this place is truly amazing. At other restaurants the ramen looks amazing but doesn't taste that great, but this place has everything right - visual appeal, amazing flavours that keep changing as you eat, great price and authentic - you know it's good coz it's the only place there that's fully packed, but def worth the wait. This is my new go to spot from now on! We tried no2 and no4.
I came here on my birthday for the free ramen deal. The waiter was extremely kind and even said happy birthday to me. All the ramen choices are delicious. You get free extra noodles as well. Would definitely go back and recommend for others to try it out.
Was my To-Do List, after seeing how popular this place is. Very authentic feel to this place. Won me over with their spicy condiments and complimentary extra noodle to add to the bowl.
