Great little bar in Caxton street offering not only an incredible selection of quality craft beer but also amazing food! We had the Mac and Cheese Burger and a normal Cheese Burger to accompany our pints of beers from local breweries Green Beacon and 4 Hearts and couldn't have been happier. Great vibe and a top spot to people watch. Highly recommend and it could become a regular Monday venture for us even though we live on the Gold Coast.
Always love my time spent here. Very impressed with the vegan options that are available. I had the Pulled Jackfruit the other day and it was amazing.
Chips are delightful and the vegan aioli is spot on too!
Staff are friendly and spread good vibes throughout the atmosphere.
Groovy joint, dudes!
Hands up if you love a good burger with a good brew & service & value to match.

Brewski’s low key but never low brow. Vegan friendly & dog friendly...just friendly friendly. We appreciate the deals for locals in our letterbox & the old-school-cool that represents. Special events like ‘independent craft beer day’ warm our hearts...& our livers. Plus the opportunity to fill the growler at the bunker bottle shop downstairs with whatever magic is currently on tap (& sneak a taste or two in the process) is sometimes what life’s all about. Simples. It’s our absolute go-to. Get on board.

Burgers, beer & banter here shone on the dreariest of days for Cino’s Mum & Dad and Lucy’s Mum & Dad. Like sunshine through the clouds.
Cracking craft beers were enjoyed with reckless abandon, embracing a fair chunk of the current tap takeover rotation. Love their infectious passion for amber liquids. Recommend popping in just to sample their latest offerings.
Onto beer’s best friend: food. Brewski’s strong burger rep is legit. Cheeseburgers are so goooooood, thick juicy patties combine beautifully with American cheddar, tart American mustard, pickles & bacon. Perfect simplicity.
Salt & pepper calamari was also some of the best we’ve had. Fresh off the fryer, well seasoned & soft as butter.
BBQ pork belly plate wasn’t as expected (think strips rather than crispy cubes) but no matter - smokey meat flavours & smoked butter were delishe, as was the corn bread & fried green tomatoes chosen as the included side. Not so tasty was the paper the dish was lined with - couple of mouthfuls definitely went in. Extra roughage. Speaking of which there’s interesting sounding plant based options for those so inclined (jackfruit tacos anyone?).
Top place guys. No wonder it’s always busy. The laid back, friendly style suited us very well. Sorry Cino & Lucy - it's all about the food baby & hangovers right now instead of the fur babies. Definitely be back.
They always have $10 burgers every Tuesday. Me and my friends always go there and order the Chicken Buffalo Burger because it really is the best. We always order that every single time. Sadly I didn’t take any pictures because I will eat it right away.
I also tried the Mac n Cheese Burger because it sounds interesting and wow it’s also really good.
They also have unique beers that people should try! The place is amazing. They have indoor with aircon and outdoor. And the staffs are very friendly
I had the plant based cheeseburger and let me tell you I maybe went a little mad over it. Absolutely amazing.
Came here by the recommendation from my friends. I got to find the hidden shop, Beer Dealer, downstairs. The Beer Dealer has more than 500 beers in cans and bottles from various sources including Australian craft breweries, New Zealand, and European countries. You can take the can upstairs and enjoy it at Brewski.
The Brewski interior itself is very cozy. I sat at the back, which has brick walls and better lighting. The Brewski exterior is dominated with black colour and dimmed light. Overall, the place gives out an industrial vibe.
The place is nice to sit down and have a chat with friends. Definitely would like to come back here in the future and enjoy more drinks!
Great start to our night. No issues making a reservation for 10 people. Was able to place an order without any issues and the food came out quite quickly too. They were very busy too. Food was awesome. The big bbq plate was soo impressive. Must try it.
Visited this Brewery a month back and was really impressed with their selection of beers on tap..we have been back a few times since then and tried their Brewski's Burger for lunch today... Totally recommend trying! "150gm beef party, beer candied bacon, American cheddar, Kewpie, pale ale toffee toasted bun" YES, that is a crispy bacon bit there! We will be back, for the beers and burgers :) oh and friendly staff ~
AMAZING VEGAN FOOD! The service was good, I love all the plants everywhere and there is a good vibe there too. The drinks were very pricey but you get there at any brewery/place that has brewery beer. Overall a good experience 😊
Vegan options are great! I have wanted to grab here for ages and I wasn’t disappointed. Everything was really tasty and we already want to go back.
I got the jackfruit burger and the vege BBQ plate.
Cashew aioli was great too.
I really want to try the vegan rib so I hope they bring it back or make it more available because it looks amazing.
This place has great menu options for meat eaters too, it’s great for me because my partner eats meat.
Really impressed with dinner here last night. I’ve been searching for good thick seasoned chips in Brisbane and I couldn’t get enough of Brewskis. The Burgers were hot and juicy with a fair portion of extras (bacon etc.) and I was told good reviews of the Tacos. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere immensely, especially the outdoor back dining. The usual deals look like really good value, and even though they weren’t on because of New Year’s Day public holiday I was happy to pay full price. Really nice service too, especially with how busy it gets. The photos don’t do it justice, but we will definitely be back.
Found Brewski on zomato and was very intrigued with their vegan burgers. We went and gave them a try on a Tuesday which happens to be cheap Tuesday with all burgers only being $10 (fries +$4). I ordered the beefless burger which had both fake beef and bacon. $10 for a vegan burger is a pretty good price if you ask me. I tried the “beef” pattie by itself and it did happen to be a little dry, but this was not noticed when the burger was eaten whole. The cashew aioli is the best component of the burger by far. I could not get enough of the sauce. The sauce made the burger a whole lot better. Overall the burger was good but I would not be racing back in a hurry to get another. My friend ordered the Brewski burger and was pretty happy with what they got, although they were given a lot less chips then myself. I would be happy to pay $4 for a side of fries for the amount I got but would be disappointed paying that amount if I was my friend. The service was average, nothing special and the atmosphere was pretty good. Music was playing and a good amount of tables inside and outside. I will be returning to try their pulled jackfruit burger next.
