I absolutely love this this place! I’m a big Mexican food fan, and this is some of the best I’ve ever eaten! Last time I went I ordered the pumpkin borrito. I know... sounds boring and not like it would have much flavour. It was so flavoursome and filled with so much variety. I highly recommend. Also, I love that they do their drinks properly. I love me a good margarita, and in the past I have gone to places that horrified me by using what tasted like cordial or it was watered down, or they didn’t put salt on the glass. But if you want an authentic margarita, definitely go here!
The service is always friendly and quick when I’ve been. And plenty of seating, even for prams.
And did I mention you are in beautiful Southbank! All you have to do is walk across the road (or on sundays just walk to markets on the road right in front of you!).

Tasty tasty tasty! My partner loves nachos, and these pulled pork offerings were epic! Such a good sized portion he couldn’t even demolish them. But don’t let that put you off, they were tasty as. I opted for the mushroom, truffle and chicken quesadilla and my gosh, it was like royalty for my tastebuds. So good. It would have been nice to have a side splodge of sour cream and guac, but hey, I could have asked for this. The jug of blood orange margarita we enjoyed to wash it down was pretty refreshing too, but could have done with an extra shot. The food: 5 gold stars. The staff; equally as good as the food. Just a shame the bin loving birds are able to roam around and nip at your ankles waiting for the dropped bits of delight. Not the restaurants fault, but slightly off putting. Would eat here again 100%!
Great value kids meals with kids nachos with corn chips, cheese, beef, tomato salsa, guacamole, sour cream for just $10, and cheese quesadillas for $6. Great service, and food comes out quickly. Just beware of the ibis!
We had my daughter's 30th in the private dining room with 38 people. The food was top quality with wonderful friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Fantastic restaurant. Staff are very friendly. Food is amazing. Drinks are delicious. We were running late to a show at QPac, but the staff worked hard to get our meals out super fast, so we had plenty of time. Thank you so much 😀 definitely will be back :-) fish tacos were the best!!
Yeahhhhh boiiiii. Who doesn’t love a big plate of nachos. I was craving nachos and I got nachos and I was so satisfied. The serving was huge (enough for 2 people) and I LOVE the generous potion sized of guacamole and sour cream *drools*. The sangria was also delicious. If you’re craving a mex feed I definitely recommend this joint.

Friendly and welcoming service, good menu range with vegetarian options. Food was delivered quick and hot and competitively priced. Not fine dining, just a comfortable environment with tasty food. Will return.
I have come to Mucho Mexicano for dinner and I am in a group. I ordered corn chips and guacamole for entree, with was yum and the sticky wagyu beef taco with spicy salsa and slaw for mains. The moment I had a bite it was amazing the beef was hot and cooked perfectly, perfectly accompanied by the spicy salsa and freshness of the slaw. The dish had a option of 2 or 3 tacos. The rest of my group enjoyed their meals.
My family and I had lunch today at Mucho Mexicano because we were wanting to try this restaurant for a while and we are so glad we did because our food was delicious. I had the beef quesadilla and the fries with aioli to share, while my partner had the beef nachos, my mother in law had the pulled pork nachos, my brother in law had the beef fajitas and finally my sister in law had the pork tacos. Each of our meals were extremely tasty and filling and we had a lovely man serving us explaining each meal. Can't wait to come back here again!
Nice open atmosphere. Chicken enchilada only had 3 small enchiladas and was dominated by rice. My wife had fajitas which were tasty but she would not order them again due to small serving size. If we go again, we'll share the nachos, they are huge and great for sharing.
Amazing food and fast, friendly service. Food was delicious and portions very generous. Wait staff were prompt and nothing was too hard
We had a nice experience. It was mid afternoon and not too busy. The waiter was really friendly and we were happy with the service. They have a large list of margaritas. The two we ordered were delicious. One was the lychee and passionfruit, the other the coconut and mango. We shared tacos and some tortilla chips. All was fine for what we needed. I probably would go back but I'd be keen to try some other dishes.
We visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday on Saturday night.
The service was impeccable, the food came out fast and was absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting and it was very busy so obviously a popular restaurant.
All the Mexican favourites were on the menu and the servings were generous.
The young man that was front of house displayed excellent customer service as did our waitress.
Well done to all the staff they clearly love their jobs even when extremely busy.

We had a fabulous dinner here. Vinny was awesome and went above and beyond to look after us. Food was fresh and very tasty. So much nicer than the Mexican chain restaurants located nearby. A really cool atmosphere, we are really looking forward to visiting again next time we're in Brisbane. Thank you!
Really freaking good! Tasty food, fun atmosphere, friendly staff who are super efficient and great value - we had the fiesta and for $35 each we were so stuffed!! Yummy cocktails too. We came with our toddler and they were super child friendly. Loved it.
