Pros: Great tasting traditionally made food, awesome alcohol selection and a great atmosphere.
Cons: Serving sizes can be a bit small, especially the sushi. You can easily spend a lot of money here if you're not careful.

This is definitely a hidden gem within fortitude valley.
Got the Deluxe Bento Box & the Pork Gyoza Bento 🍱

Was an absolute delight and would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Change of name but the restaurant looks unchanged! Gyoza or dumplings are still the signature dish. Our lunch is ordered via an iPad and our dishes start arriving after 10 minutes.

*Agedashi Tofu has a soy based sauce with grated ginger. I prefer the Dashi broth. Rating: 3.5

*Sashimi Plate is good, not great. The Kingfish/Scallops are very fresh.
Rating: 4

*Pork Gyoza are served sizzling on a hotplate and taste very fresh.
Rating: 4.5

* Takoyaki are freshly fried but they are lacking Octopus pieces.
Rating: 3.5

This meal is quite average but I can recommend the Gyoza. Thank you guys!
