I really enjoyed the pot of chai I shared here with a friend! Lovely quiet location with a great vibe. The food was very decent, with generous portion sizes.
These guys have the single best customer service in the city and you wouldn't believe it but the best food too.
My little girl needed some attention (5) and the lady there spoke to her, gave her some ice cream and a colouring book. Above and beyond what is expected.
The food for 4 people took NINE minutes. Literally. I remember because I looked at my watch when we got there and though "geez we won't get where we need to go for another hour".
Drop everything and go there now if you can.

Have been here twice recently. First time we were the only ones there so service was great. The 2nd time it was full and they had one waiter who I could only assume was the owner. So it took about 45mins for our order to be taken. Luckily food was quick, probably helped that we each ordered eggs benny which was delicious, although why do people give rocket on the side, would much prefer spinach which actually tastes nice. My friend ordered the eggs benny with haloumi instead of ham and $2 extra smoked salmon however the owner was adamant that to have haloumi was $2 and the smoked salmon was an extra $5?? bringing the price from $15.90 to $22.90 when it clearly stated the price and extras on the menu. Since my friend is stubborn and the owner was the only one waiting tables, after 10 minutes he got incredibly frustrated and gave us the price stated on the menu, $17.90. Left a slightly sour taste in our mouths so I don't think we'll go back. It's nice enough though if you're in the area and the markets next door aren't on, and as others said decor is old.
