Fairly quick, standard quality chinese cuisine. Pleasant staff and oodles of choices. Nice easy dinner for one or a whole family. Simple and hot and tasty. Suitable for kids too. Been going to Joy Ann for a noodle fix for years.

Good quality suburban chinese. Surprisingly good for a 'hole in the wall' type place. Would recommend this over the other Chinese takeaway joints in the area

Our local Chinese take-away is great! Nothing flash - except the quality & freshness of the food! Friendly staff, very efficient, obviously made fresh to order but still super-quick. Reasonable prices & easy location with parking.

Ready quickly, good food. We ordered the family pack. Things about the experience of note:

1. The food was ready quickly.
2. The lady was easy and friendly to interact with.
3. The food was very good portion sizes.
4. The food was hot and packaged well.
5. The quality and taste of the food was great.

Only suggestion would be to include complimentary prawn chips with the family pack.

I enjoyed eating here and would do so again.

Always Excellent!. Nice little takeaway that is fast, tasty and cheap. I enjoyed the chicken and vegetables as well as beef in plum sauce. Their spring rolls are hand-made and awesome as well. Yum!

Decent Chinese tucked away. We ordered chicken corn soup, spring rolls and BBQ pork for 2 and it was more than enough. The soup was delicious and the spring rolls perfectly crunchy. Will be back.

Was looking for another decent local Chinese take away since red wok in Belmont closed. Joy-Ann's food is tasty, i love their home made dim sims. Great price for great food. Love how they have family packs.

Vege Fried rice full of fresh veges. Lemon and Honey chilli chicken with freshly cooked breast meat was delicious. Kung Po beef spicy and tasty. Wonton Soup was lovely. Stir fry veg was a nice mix of fresh greens and baby corn.

You'll find friendly and helpful stuff at this lovely local chinese takeout, prices are very reasonable, perfect for when you are seeking some quality chinese cousine!
