Driving to the North Pine Dam to fish the morning session I come here seeking coffee and breakfast. I ask for a takeaway Cafe Latte and enquire about pies and sausage rolls for breakfast at the Dam. Sorry, no pies and sausage rolls!
The Cafe Latte is surprisingly good. Served hot, this coffee is flavourful and intense. I love it and this coffee easily rates a 4.5! Service is impressively quick and staff are friendly. Thank you guys!
Beautiful views from the outside out to Brisbane, probably the best in the city (though we tend to ignore views in this city, maybe people are too spoilt at home). Coffee is excellent. Food is decent but nothing exciting. Above average for sure & a place I'd be happy to return to without needing to.
Went to explore one of the newly listed café at Paddington this morning. Unfortunately the trading hour lists on Zomato site is incorrect so drove around to seek for another place. Drove past this café and remembered that I have neve been in it so gave it a go. Was not a busy moment yet for the café (may be too early at 7:45am on Sunday). I was the only table inside the café and there was a couple outside with their pet. Service was alright but lacks of passionate vibe, no greeting or smiling face? Ordered a flat white and a muffin. Wow, food and beverage are all above average. Coffee was well presented in a nice color cup accompanied by a beautiful latte art. Muffin was the best that I ever had. Texture was so spongy and the whole dish was presented like an art. If there was a joyful vibe there, I have no doubt to give it full mark for this review.
Had a soy cap and bruschetta with avocado, tomato, red onion, haloumi etc. not too crowded on Sunday morning and we enjoyed the bench near the door. Space to park bikes out the front.
A late morning rise - and I'm rushing to get out of the house; to get my car checked as well as have breakfast.
Scrolling through the cafe choices on Zomato, I found Fox & Rabbit Coffee Co located at Paddington. Since it's near work, I thought it'll be a good idea to dine there (prevent myself from rushing after I finish).
It's around 10:15am - entering the cafe it was quiet with just two tables filled. I see diners sitting there indulging their coffee and toasts. Taking a gander at their menu, I have my eyes on their Fancy Avo (yes... yes I know it's the same thing again ✋🏻 I'm loyal to my foods so don't judge 🥑😌) It consists of Smashed Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Feta, Dukkah and Sourdough. I added Scrambled Eggs on side. For my beverage, I was feeling a Mocha today :)
Coffee is here and it's nice and hot. The strength was okay, but I would have preferred to add an extra shot. Still tasty though!
Food makes its arrival and the size is pretty big. So happy to see the plate filled up 🙌🏻 Eggs were cooked nice and soft. The Cherry Tomatoes and Rocket tasted fresh. Avocado has a very special place in my heart so it's always good! 😌 Sourdough was lightly toasted which is what I preferred.
All in all, a very lovely experience. Really appreciated the soundless morning whilst reading the papers and enjoying my coffee. Portions are great and priced reasonably. Friendly staff!! :)
Thank you Fox & Rabbit Coffee Co for a relaxing morning!

What a delightful little joint off the busy streets of Paddington. If you want somewhere a bit quieter and with easy parking then you can't go past this place! Such a cute cafe with an enchanting shop front! Today I had the Avo on Toast (something for the rabbit) whilst Lexi had the Avo with dukka with the addition of scrambled eggs! The coffee was good, but next time I would go the double shot. Friendly staff, and very accommodating. High chairs are avail on request. Why not give it a go? You won't go wrong! 😉
Awesome milkshakes and friendly staff :)
My partner got a gluten free bagel and it was so delicious. Love that this place has awesome gf options.
The decor is so fun and whimsical.
Would definitely recommend
This amazing little cafe produced the most delicious breakfast and gorgeous coffee! The ambience is amazing - you feel like you're sitting in the dining room of someone's cozy cottage. The food and coffee is well priced and the service so friendly! The owner is wonderful and we can't wait to come back again! Definitely worth the drive from Ipswich.
Good strong smooth coffee. Excellent service (delivered to me without asking while I was perusing the next door florist/bookshop). Beautiful landscape painting on the wall.
Can't speak for the food or a sit down.
Good coffee and good food, although there's an oversight with takeaway orders. A lovely presented sliced avocado on sourdough isn't really helpful in takeaway. Smash that deliciousness up so I can't eat it without waiting to get cutlery.
