Dined here on Saturday night for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! On arrival we were seated promptly and ordered the beef massaman curry, larb and coconut rice. The beef massaman was in a delicious creamy sauce and meat tender. It also contained pineapple to my surprise but was a nice touch. The larb was also very fresh. The only con I have to note was that the coconut rice was bland and slightly undercooked. But nevertheless we would happily return for a yummy Thai fix! Plus it is also BYO with no corkage charge which is awesome.

My local Thai restaurant that doesn’t disappoint. The food is always consistently good and they have great lunch specials during the week. I recommend the Tom yum and beef massaman curry.
The spring rolls were fresh and tasty, not too greasy. Curry puffs very tasty, again not greasy. Red and yellow curries were sooo tasty. The beef in the red was lean and tender while the chicken in the yellow was just right. Attentive service with a smile. Will definitely be back.
Had dinner at the Thai Rose. On a weeknight so close to New Year's Eve, it was nice to see this restaurant open in the area. Thai green curry with chicken and Chu Chee prawns was ordered, both with rice. The meals were presented in an aesthetic manner and portion size sufficient.
The rice was slightly on the dry side, however the Green Curry Chicken was aromatic and spicy. The Chu Chee prawns dish had succulent prawns with crispy greens.
Waitress quietly spoken but attentive.
Coconut juice was a refreshing beverage in authentic presentation. They unfortunately did not have available their Thai lemon Ice tea.
Overall a positive experience.
Amazingly fresh food (can actually taste the freshness of the ingredients).

Thai Rose is excellent for quality and tasteful food. The Thai green curry has always been beautifully cooked and our satay chicken entrees are our favourites! Highly recommend!
Our group had an initially confusing experience at the counter, where the staff assumed we were ordering takeaway (dining in apparently costs more). The staff sorted this out politely and without any fuss; overall they were very friendly and attentive.
The upstairs dining area is neatly furnished, with good spacing between tables. With regards the food, my companions and I enjoyed it all - the oyster sauce stirfry deserves a special mention, with its generous amounts of meat in a moreish sauce.
Menulog delivery - beautiful! Panang curry and yellow coconut rice was delicious, large portions with plenty of chicken. The lady who delivered it was very nice too.
We had several dishes and the food was great although the table service was slow and had to be prompted to get additional drinks ordered for the table.
Really awesome restaurant next to the Gabba. Very reasonable and excellent food and real good service.
I love Thai Rose! I used to live nearby and found this was one of my favourite places to eat. My stock favourite was the Thai Green Chicken. Lovely staff - always remembered me and asked about my son, whom I think only came in with me once or twice. Great place.
Always had a scrumptious feed here over the last few years. Last visit they had a new young waiter was on his first day and he ran back and forth a bit, but he did a great job and the food and the view was top notch as always. Very happy other customer took this picture for us.
Excellent food and service. I have been there several times. The food tastes great and the quantity is good, too.
