Jacu Expresso is a great and friendly place that allows dogs, on my walks with my German Shepard we often hike it up here, sit outside and have great coffee and food. I love how cosy the cafe is and how the staff knows everyone's names. The only complaint I have is the chairs aren't quite my style, the small short boxes or the barstools, but other then that it is definitely great. My friend who is a writer loves to bring his laptop down here and do some writing.
Look at my wanky food photo! You can’t make that at home – you’re terrible in the kitchen. So, rather than trying to and ending up sad, just let the chipper staff at Jacu do the heavy lifting for you. The French toast was positioned as a fresh spin on a much-loved classic. It should have simply been titled, ‘Sex on a plate’. I had a salad croissant ‘cause I’m a shameless weirdo, and even that was mega. The under-building parking is diabolical, but Jacu is well worth risking a scratch on that 4WD of yours that’s never been off-road.
Local cafe catering for coffee, breakfast, brunch etc.
Freshly baked goods and very good coffee.
Regulars treat the cafe as though they’re at home, lounging on chairs, reading, chatting.
Despite being on a busy road it’s surprisingly quiet.
Sunny spot captures the morning sun but not so great on a rainy day.
Staff are as laid back as the clientele.
Dog friendly and very laid back atmosphere.
