I love this place. I love the size, location and what it offers. It's perfect place to just hang and catch up with friends. It has a very lovely relaxed atmosphere and has a great range of quality beverages. It also has some bar and snack foods. Not a few range but enough. I love love love this place.

Classic Venue.
Great to find a proper little wine bar that doesn’t try to be anything more. Great atmosphere without any of the overstated Hipness places are trying to be. Simple (albeit small) range of options to eat but a great range of cheeses and well presented cheese boards. But the real reason to come here is the wine offerings from both Australia and overseas. The owner / sommelier has sourced labels and varieties that you don’t regularly find and Matt is happy to take time to explain their origins. Service a little slow on occasions but it was busy and when you have good wine and cheeses to share - what’s the hurry?! Looking forward to returning and I suggest you reserve a table!!

This wonderful venue is a gift that keeps on giving. Cannot recommend it highly enough. On the coldest night in Brisbane this year we celebrated my husband's birthday. We were kept warm by the blankets provided, the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff and the outstanding food and wine. Living in The Gap we are so lucky to have this place on our doorstep. Wine and Larder is quite simply sheer joy.

My partner and I visited for a date night. It was our first time at Wine & Larder. Staff were lovely and the food was great. I don't eat gluten and my partner has an intolerance to diary. The team was very accommodating. Such an extensive wine list. Great vibes all round. Will visit again!

Very cool wine bar in Ashgrove! Myself and my partner had the degustation with matching wine here. Firstly, the fit-out here looks great. It's definitely the coolest looking place in suburban Ashgrove. Secondly every wine was excellent and matched the food perfectly. Favourites were the Hently (Victoria) reisling and the Italian Soave. The food here was also very good, but perhaps not quite as good as the wine. Favourites were the corn bread starter and the lemon meringue dessert. The staff are also very friendly and are experts in the restaurant's wines and food. After the meal had a wine in the Alleyway bar, which is also very cool.

I had a wonderful evening with friends at Wine & Larder. The food was fabulous, especially the truffle salami served with the sweet figs, the breads and the cheesed. Extra wonderful was the wine list and the knowledgeable advice on the food and mood to go with them. I will return with more friends.

Incredible food and incredible wine! Love the ambiance of the place - perfect for date night. Mark has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things wine and good food. A gem in the Ashgrove locale!

Worth the trip in! Great wine. Great ambiance. Easy to have a conversation and very comfortable. The time flew. I can’t wait to go back!!
