I love that they have a whole cabinet of vegan options, and that the options are not just sorbets!! My fav vegan flavours are the hazelnut, butterscotch, peanut butter and Turkish delight 🥰 the staff are also always so friendly and attentive hehe
The staff and owner of ciao gelato are so nice and friendly and most importantly the gelato is the best gelato/ice cream I have ever had and I have tried a lot of places in Brisbane.The vegan flavours are amazing (and I'm not even vegan) you would never know the difference. They are also so generous with tastings. I wouldn't go anywhere else for ice cream!
I recently had family visiting from interstate and decided to take them to Ciao Gelato after hearing numerous positive reviews. My father ordered the coconut sorbet which he said was delicious while my brother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed his scoops of mint and boost. Finally, my sister and I ordered four flavours - raspberry, choc cookie dough, toasted marshmallow and toasted coconut. I informed the staff of my nut allergy and they sanitised the utensils and checked the flavours I picked against an ingredients list. There is limited seating inside so we decided to takeaway and the container provided kept the gelato sufficiently cold. The ice cream was tasty and I would recommend this place for quality, no-nonsense gelato.
Hands down THE BEST hot chocolate I've ever had. Simply made, but made with love and my goodness you can taste it ;) Vegan options and so many of them! Family owned business which is really lovely to see.
Fantastic to see plenty of vegan options that aren't just sorbet style; the dark chocolate is beautifully creamy and rich in flavour! A great selection of vegan pops too. Friendly service!
quality product, been only once so far, but they are not afraid to allow taste test of everything! Not much of a big ice cream eater but the flavours were all spot. Kinder was my favour also can vouch for salted caramel and cookie dough with a rich chocolate

Ordered twice now from Uber eats. The Best ice cream I have EVER tasted! If you haven't tried it yet - do it! Just polished off the last of our 1 litre of Ferrero rocher tonight.

This place is amazing. Staff are always friendly and willing to help you find the right gelato for you. The cakes are also amazing and can be made to order from any of there wide range of gelato’s. Fit-lato is also on the menu if your into that kind of thing or just get a coffee, brownie or other treat. Highly recommend a visit if your passing through the area or a local who has never called in.
Extensive range of flavours - always something new to try every week. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and was never disappointed. The vegan mint was amazing, and the lemon sorbet was so refreshing on a hot day. Staff are always super friendly.

So delicious for the entire family and best of all, exceptional Vegan range. A family member requires Lactose Free which means limited Ice Cream options for him generally. The Gelato here is amazing, tastes so delicious. Also, the Fit-lato range is a great idea and supportive for many different dietary requirements.
Keto friendly gelato in the fitlato range tasty and low calorie. Cant recommend these guys enough

I love this place! The ice-cream is amazing and the staff are friendly and take the time to get to know you (a big thanks to Kristen for accommodating my taste test requests!) I've become a bit of a regular now given my love of their Fitlato range - low sugar & low carb. Highly recommend.
Keto heaven! Best sugar free, low carb gelato out there! And it actually tastes like the real thing. You can try the different flavors and ask the friendly staff to pack a tub for you.
