I enjoyed my first payday lunch, working in a new job in the CBD and had walked past this rustic and beautiful cafe a few times. The food was lovely and the service quick - I had a mushroom with avo, toast and cherry tomatoes, sprinkled with feta. Yum. The prices are on the high side, but somehow it fits the surroundings also - love all the wood and the architecture. Thursdays and Fridays you can hang out for drinks until 11 pm in the nice bar. I’ll be back :)

I absolutely love the coffee taste. One of the best cappuccinos in Brisbane! Also, sitting there is very pleasant, always like coming back. :)

Decent pub food and convenient location to go to after work. The Berry Daiquiri special they had one night was tasted great, and the atmosphere is pretty decent too.

A very tidy cafe right near the Brisbane work location of Your Dear Luncher. Excellent iced coffee. The Dear Luncher merely walks for two minutes in the Brisbane humidity and the back sweats emerge. As a result iced coffee is a must. Jabiru has a great feel to it, and the breakfast bagel consumed was quite tasty, with noticeably fresh ingredients. Well done Jabiru.

For starters, the coffee is great. As well as great coffee, Jabiru does great food. I usually come here for my morning croissants or jam on sourdough toast. Today, I came here for lunch and ordered the sliders and they were absolutely delicious! The sauce on the meat is so yummy and mixed with creamy coleslaw is perfect. So good! The staff are very friendly and efficient - they know what they're doing.

Besides having (what I think is) the best coffee in Brisbane, Jabiru has an amazing selection of lunch dishes and is a great place for drinks after work.

When it comes to getting a good breakfast in Brisbane CBD it's hard to find one that springs to mind on top of the head! So we were excited to try Jabiru located in post office square. Prices are reasonable and they also do all day breakfast! So smash avo and mushrooms on toast so my pick for lunch. Added poachies for $3... So came to $16. Overall not bad and would definitely return, and am unsure why Zomato has given this place a low rating.

Disclaimer: The following post is a review of my dining experience as invited guest to an invite-only event by Jabiru and Lume Marketing. I am not financially compensated for this post. My opinions are my own. Post Office Square has seen quite the revitalisation over the last year and Jabiru opened in December last year to offer city goers a relaxing spot for breakfast and lunch in the new city oasis. I was invited to an exclusive dinner tasting from their current menu, with a couple of new dishes that will be showing up soon.

Had a "heavenly" quinoa & coconut porridge and licked my plate (my nana would be jealous!). Perfect ristretto piccolo, friendly staff and the place looks better than anything else around. -
Loved it!

Despite the slow procedure to book, on the day, they couldn't have been more friendly or attentive. They came to us with their gadgets for us to order our drinks from our table and pay separately for our orders. The food was ready for us the minute we arrived. They asked those with coffee if they wanted it during or after the meal. Bottles of water immediately on the table. Everyone said their food was lovely. I found the Haloumi burger with bacon, egg baby spinach and the most delectable tomato relish a very tantalising flavour. The ring of balsamic vinegar on the plate just added to it. Would like to see a wilted green (real spinach or bok choy?) rather than the baby spinach leaves, can't stand them, Lucerne (alpha sprouts), dandelion leaves or rocket. The iced latté stayed iced throughout the lunch and had a real kick to it. Prices range from affordable for pensioners to a realistic price for some of the more substantial/special dishes. My class said several times how nicely set up Jabiru is and the atmosphere was very nice.

What a great place. Scouted around with my partner for a little casual lunch spot (maybe with a wine and good coffee on the side) and found this! Friendly staff, good food selections (partner’s pulled pork roll was smokey and moist and heavenly as was my Greek Calamari Salad) and had good range of wine and beer (noted good range of spirits behind the bar too). Easy location, comfy seats, will come again.

The staff here are so bright and bubbly! No matter what time you enter you’re greeted with a smile and delicious coffee. The vibe is consistently upbeat and the coffee standard is always up to par. Plenty of seating available and it’s in a perfect location for buses and trains, can strongly recommend Jabiru

I wholeheartedly cannot start my working day without popping in to Jabiru Cafe and Bar. The staff are absolutely incredible. I refuse to get my daily coffee anywhere else. They are consistent in their approach to solid customer service. It is clear that the staff are super unique and gifted in what they do each day. Mitchell (Kresta).

Staff are always friendly and super efficient. Even when busy, they get your coffees out promptly without sacrificing the quality. Have been there many times for breakfast and lunch and has never disappointed. Food is always fresh. Highly recommended.
