I got the takeaway chicken Katsu curry bento box and it was delicious using quality ingredients and Chicken breast. A good quality Japanese takeaway option! I would like to eat in and try some of the other food

Can not remember how many managements have been changed in this same spot but it was at least the third times that I had dinner here with different owners and different styles of cuisine. Took a voucher to have dinner for two at this Japanese restaurant. Service is very friendly and hospitable. The voucher involves entrée of miso soup and choices of the mains from the menu. We chose the fried Udon with seafood and a Volcano chicken with chips. Miso soup is average standard. Fried Udon is slightly let down even though the taste is alright but lack of "wok qi". However, the Volcano chicken (full serving) gains lots of marks back. We really yell out the "wow" when it was presented on the table. The whole dish really looks like a volcano with very large portion of chicken pieces coated with rich sauces forming the bed of the dish. Melted cheese sit at the top with the sauce running down simulating an active volcano. Chicken pieces are all juicy and slightly spicy. Not even that, the accompanied chips also deserve our thumb-up. They are crispy outside with soft potato content when you give it a bite. If you dip the chips with the sauce from the chicken, there is another feeling come out that makes you totally satisfied with the meals.
Highly recommended other foodie to give it a go :)

Affordable and tasty. Modern twist on Japanese food. Cute set up and the waiters are accommodating and friendly. We have been here a few times with friends and the food has always been great. Would definitely recommend!
