Best fish and chips in Brisbane
Upon entering Feast on Fish you're greeted with an awesome display of fresh seafood. It's one of the best displays I've seen, outside of the big fish markets.
It's hard to go wrong with your choice of fish, here. Go for local species, if you can.
Their batter is nice and crunchy, doesn't feel stodgy, nor detract from the flavour of the fillets. The fillets always seem really generously portioned.
The chips, here, are very tasty, too. Best enjoyed with plenty of your favourite salt.
This fish an chip shop has never failed us, always fresh and chips are good, as a local this is a really good place get a feed, and btw the salads are delicious as well, very happy to five star this yummy fish an chip place

The quality is like none other this side of brisbane. Everything is hot and fresh and full of flavour. Not too badly priced either. I would recommend phone orders to avoid the wait. Usually ready once i arrive. Doesn't get much better then this for a nice fish and chip feed with everything in between
This place has great fish and chips and an awesome array of other choices. By far the best quality in the area but they just massively increased prices some by just shy of 30% which is really disappointing. No warning just bang between 20 and 30% increase.
Signed up to this thing just to leave a review for such a loving, family owned business. Best fish and chips in Brisbane hands down. I haven't tried much else here so I can't say more than that but THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS! My wife says the burgers are great too!
Decided to head abit further out to Feast on Fish than our usual closest fish and chippery. Very impressed- the crumb was the best we've tasted and eaten by far and chips were excellent. Not burnt, but crispy and golden. Put a phone order through to save waiting time and glad we did. On pickup the shop was filled with people waiting and ordering food. They have a wide selection of fresh salads and seafood on display out front (both cooked and uncooked). Being pregnant I chose to avoid the cold seafood for now but will definitely be back to try after Bub is born. Prices seemed just right for the quality of food on offer. Friendly service by what looks like a close-knit family business that prides itself on great seafood and customer service.
Very fresh and delicious, family tried the fish and chips here on a whim one time and have been going back ever since. Can't go wrong if you buy from here, highly recommend.
Really good quality food. Tastes fresh and we'll prepared. Staff are also very friendly. Even on busy nights I haven't had to wait all that long. I have made this place my regular fish and chop shop and will not go elsewhere.
Fresh seafood at its best, all the seafood is fresh in front of your eyes, I was overwhelmed with options and quality. I tried a batter flake, chips and salad for $11.50, the fish was fresh and tasty, perfect balance of oily and crispy batter, the salad was a winner, pick from a few different choices, I had the cease salad, it was deviously packed full of egg, croutons, fresh lettuce ect, the salad alone id pay for. This place is an absolute winner and I'm so glad I tried it :) enjoy :)
