Really loved this place, the cafe is so nicely decorated and set up and their menu is awesome.
I couldn’t decide between the waffles or vegan breakfast but ended up getting the savoury option but then getting a donut on the way out.
The staff were really friendly here and food was presented really well.
The vegan breakfast I got was really nice and hearty. Very satisfying because you feel like you are eating good whole foods.
The baked chocolate donut was also nice, a little dense but not too sweet.
Would love to go back to try the waffles.
My new go to in New Farm for coffee. Friendly staff, and great takeaway. The bean is a little smoother so if you like your coffee strong then get an extra shot.
The in house made treats in the window are reasonably priced and absolutely delicious!

We had the Banana Waffles and Carnivore Breakfast.
The smell of the maple alone on the Waffles was enough to win me over. Nice & crispy outside with a soft chewy inside.
The carnivore breakfast, I definitely have to give it to the sausage for being the prize. Amazing pop with you chew into it from the crispy skin, and nicely juicy. Really loved that capsicum relish ❤️.
Definitely looking forward to next time 😊
Such a cute cafe with delicious food! I got some cupcakes takeaway for my sisters Birthday party and they were such a hit! Having options for everyone makes going for lunch with friends so much easier.
Both ladies at ginger rose were so friendly, warm and welcoming. I had the best coffee ever. The carrot cake and banana cake was to die for. So moist. The decor was trendy, welcoming and relaxed. Menu was very reasonably priced. Plenty of off street parking. Will definitely go back to try lunch time menu :)
Had the "Unbeetable" and the "Bacon & egg burger" both were very good. Very dog friendly (saw a cute poodle).
Pros:

Cons:
- the Ubeetable was a very high stack and I couldn't fit my mouth around it.
This cafe takes breakfast to a whole new level, portion sizes are large and really so show that breakfast should be the biggest and most important meal of the day. There is such a great range of sweet and savoury vegan breakfast meals, something to suit anyone. Prices are higher than usual but definitely worth it.
The granola bowl could be shared as there’s a generous amount of fresh fruit and muesli. Topped with flowers, the bowl was presented in such a nice way. Coffee was disappointing, soy cappuccino wasn’t too strong and a bit too milky.
This cafe is children friendly as there’s a bathroom located in the cafe and it’s also dog friendly too! Staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful.
Would highly recommend giving this place a try as I can see myself coming here again.
Super surprisingly good! Great vegetarian friendly options with real flavour in all the dishes. Seasonings donee well! Great space as well. The refurbed outdoor area is great, kid and dog friendly. Really nice for quick out long visits.
