We’ve ordered from here a few times.
Sometimes it’s a bit too greasy sometimes the chips are perfect. Just like this order. Serving size is plenty enough for two with left overs (depends how hungry I guess)

Fish and chips done old school.

I lived in Taringa 10 years ago as a student.
For the last 10 years I've lived all over Brisbane and tried other fish and chip shops and I've always been disappointed. These days I drive to Taringa from Coorparoo just to get my fish and chips from Tipplers.

The chicken salt tastes like my childhood.

Their great homestyle burgers really fill you up, and their generous chips serving make this joint awesome value for money. Ideal takeaway if you want to ruin your diet for the day.

Friendly customer service, particularly from the male staff, is non existent. Food usually fairly decent. If you're open till 8, don't turn away orders at 7:50.

I love this place with all my heart. Ate my first Dim Sim & my first oyster from here and always go back for the freshest seafood. Lovely people, delicious food.

Love Tipplers!. We get a lot of Friday night Fish n Chips from Tipplers and they are consistently excellent. The staff work like a well oiled machine and are efficient and friendly. The chippies are cooked to perfection - so crunchy!

I've been going here for years. It's the best fish and chips going around. Get the calamari it is always delicious. Generous servings too.

Friday night fish and chips from Tippler’s Seafood is becoming a ritual for me and my partner each week. We usually get crumbed or grilled barramundi, chips and coleslaw with the occasional serving of calamari. Each and every time we go there the meal has been consistently excellent and delicious. The price of the food is very reasonable when you compare other fish and chip places around the area. Would highly recommend!

I've lived all over Brisbane and I would have to say that Tipplers is one of if not the best suburban fish and chip shop. I've never been disappointed by the quality of the fish, the oil seems fresh everytime I get chips and probably has given me one of the best fish burgers I've had in my life. 11/10 quality, prices and service.

We ordered calamari, a piece of crumbed snapper and a piece of grilled snapper with a small chips for 4 which was just right. I will give you 5 stars when your boss gives you a pay rise. Well packaged with recyclable items and not greasy at all. Well done team we love your work, we will be back.
