My 2nd time eating here, as again quick service and very cheap, definitely value for money. I had rare sliced beef Pho this time and a Iced Black Coffee, all up $15.50.
The only negatives was the broth was a little cold and I had to go searching for chopsticks, a spoon and serviettes as I had none on my table except for condiments tray.
Inala is great for Vietnamese food, I’ll come back here again
After having ordered and wanting to ask for a jug of water, a waitress bought a complementary pot of hot tea. The pot and cup didn’t look pleasant but the tea was aromatic and very comforting. The combination dry noodle served with a little bowl of soup in front of me was so inviting. Loved the fresh smell of crush peanut. The noodle tasted pretty nice but very oily and the sauce was a little too sweet for me. Added a spoonful of chilli made my noodle more delicious. The soup served on the side was one of the best; tasted the sweetness of winter melon and smelled the aroma of ginger. Straight forward service but the place and cutleries needed to be cleaner.
Probably one of the best Viet places in Brisbane for me. Their noodle soups are top of the notch! I love coming to this place on my weekend grocery shopping trip to Inala. After quite a few adventure trying and tasting the food in the restaurants in Inala shopping centre, I have decided this is the place for my go-to place.
Vietnamese restaurants typically have strength in one style of food, the other items on the menu are best avoided - or so I’ve found. So I make it my personal duty to seek out that magic meal type for each restaurant. The magical meal for Viethouse is the rice dishes! I can highly recommend the crispy skin chicken, the combination pork chop, lemongrass squid. I’ve enjoyed others but I don’t have photos and it was some time ago. I love that the meals come with a little bowl of broth too.
Clean restaurant although there was a fly or two buzzing around. Friendly staff and quick service. Quite roomy too, a nice change from most of the Vietnamese restaurant that I’ve struggled to push a pram into. They have 20% off all menu items for the next week too, a nice little bonus.

Shopped at Inala a few weeks' ago, due to our usual spot to have Vietnamese noodles had been closed so wandered around to try another one. While we were walking into the Inala Plaza, the sign of this restaurant came to our sight so gave it a go. Needless to say, there were already customers sitting on the tables and we were lucky to have our table from the help of the owner. Service was quite friendly and we ordered the Cha Gio (Spring Rolls), Banh Canh Gio Heo (Pork leg with starch noodle soup) and the Pho Dac Biet (special beef rice noodle soup). The last one is our a-must to order for the first time to visit a new Vietnamese restaurant as a benchmark for comparison. Spring rolls came to the table first and they were crispy with full ingredients. Both soups came together, the starch noodle was my favourite and the broth was tasteful and clear, Love to see that they served the pig blood as well, which is always my favourite. Special beef soup was average because the soup base was let down. Having said that we did enjoy this lunch very much because the venue seems to be the cleanest among the competitors.
Great-tasting food in large serves is to be had in this no-frills restaurant. The service was okay. We got free soft drinks with our lunch time meals. The dishes contained plenty of vegetables which was wonderful.
This place offers reasonable prices and taste wise it's authentic and delicious. I would not say that this is the best Pho that I tasted but it tastes good and the salt and pepper pork chop. 😋
