Walkabout around Toowong Village while waiting for my car to be serviced. Centrally located on the ground floor, one cannot miss this Cafe. I ask for a large Latte and it is ready after 7 minutes. A good coffee, served hot and strong, just the way I like it. Thanks guys!

Friendly and fast service. The seating areas always seem full. Coffee is always good. It may not be boutique, flavoursome coffee, but I can be confident knowing each time I order I will get a decent coffee. The staff always make time to have a chat and smile.

I have a special place for Zarraffa's coffee in my heart. This is the place I had my first coffee in Australia.

I am an ardent coffee fan and have tasted coffee at umpteen number of places.

Zarraffa's is good. I will not say it's the best but it's good. Some of my favs are White chocolate mocha, Caramelized fusion, Caramelized cappuccino.

Conveniently located right in the middle of the Toowong shopping complex with friendly staff.

I have visited this place many times and will keep visiting.

Great coffee, a bit expensive but the flavors are perfecto !
Charging for extra shots ( u just get one shot regardless of the size you order ) in larger sizes after you have paid for a bigger size is just double dipping on the price. Anyhoo I still like the coffee !

Beautiful Staff. I get my regular americano right on 7 30 as the store opens and its always crisp fresh and helps me get off to a good start! thank you zarraffas staff, your papa newguinean beans are also soo lovely too when i cant make it in store.

Fast and professional service, nice coffee drinks. It's near the elevator, so it's convenient for you to just grab a coffee and go, but maybe you don't want to sit in the middle of the shopping centre.

The coffee was good; the same with the custard tart; both at reasonable prices. The Grande size was good value. The staff were somewhat dismissive rather than friendly. Felt like I was interrupting their day. Someone has to work on a Sunday.

A classic Zarraffa's in a busy location. Quite a quick service and polite staff. Great sellection of tea and coffee for a reasonable price. There is always something to bite as well. Sometimes this place gets a bit busy but never overcrowded with no wait at all. Perfect for a quick visit.

As per the Zarraffa's brand - this Toowong branch has exceptional coffee that is made perfectly as ordered by the costumer. On occasion, the service can be slow but this is excused as they are more than likely very busy and the quality makes up for any lost time. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, with no issue in making conversation to shop regulars. My only complaint is that a few times when I have visited they have not had soy milk which is unfortunate. Overall, a good experience.

the white chocolate mocha, it's probably 300 calories per sip but so very delicious. staff are cool and there's a fair amount of tables. it's in an open space in the middle of the shopping centre.
