One of the best seafood places I have been to of late. Not too greasy & a reasonable price. Only let down was the soggy & unsalted chips, but still worth the 4* :)

We have three Fish and Chips outlets 3-4 minutes from home. Walking in after 1pm I ask the Chef to recommend lunch. He suggests Snapper and Chips ($12.50) and I ask for the fish to be battered.

Lunch is served after 10 minutes. Batter is crisp, Snapper is tasty and Chips are perfect. Thank you Starfish Cafe!

Starfish Cuisine Fish Cafe is home to the most tastiest fish and chips in Brisbane. My family and I come here whenever we have the chance - lovely staff and great value! The service is also great and the owners are down to earth.

We had some lovely fish n chips from here tonight. Everything was nicely crumbed & well cooked. Very quick, friendly staff & good value for money. I'd recommend grabbing some for dinner & heading down to Rocks Riverside park, especially if you have kids!

Great takeaway! Reasonably priced, generous serves of delicious fish, chips, calamari and salads. Not greasy and fresh tasting fish. Loved it we will going back 👍🏽

Definitely the best fish and chips restaurant on the western suburbs. And you get heaps for your money.

I got the cod & chips which was about $6 and my friend got the calamari & chips around the same price. So yum! Fresh seafood and the chips were delicious.

Starfish cafe has the best grilled fish for a takeaway shop that I've had. The chips are great and so is the salad!

Diana. Loved the chips we shared here, they had a great crunchy texture like they were beer battered or something. Only problem there wasn't enough! They do reasonably priced fish dinners all cooked with cholesterol free oil

Great!. Came here awhile ago before they have changed owner, it was so-so. Then one day we decided to eat here instead of driving all the way to St lucia (Salt & Battery) for regular our fish & chips. The food is so much better now, the chips are nicely seasoned. I love my calamaries although the batter tend to be a bit thick, but overall its great! Now we will eat here instead of salt & battery.

We're ordered the family pack. The fish and calamari had this thin crumb layer, just perfect the way we like it. Delicious!. The chips crunchy and not too salty, nice and they sell a variety of fresh salads as well.🍟🦐

Food is great, communication sometimes challenging. Asked to exchange a large salad for two smalls in the family deal (would have been happy to pay a little more), were simply refused, then they hung up... Credit for having proper cutlery and plates for dining in though (not single use).

One of the only good fish and chip places I've eaten from since moving to Queensland 3 years ago. To my great shock the chips and potato cakes were crispy on the outside without being saturated but soft on the inside and clearly cooked in oil that was both clean and the correct temperature. The whiting was conveniently sized, crumbed well and generously portioned. This shop has restored my faith in Queensland's ability to cook fish and chips, which is nice.
