Wow! It has been nearly one year since my last review so checked it out this morning.
When I walked in, it seems different management with two passionate young gentlemen running the show (it was only one lady last time).
I noticed that they roast their own Veneziano coffee bean, which gave me lots of confidence. I approached the counter to order a flat white and a croissant with ham and cheese. Flat white was very nice in terms of flavour, presentation and strength. Although the croissant was toasted, the prosciutto instead of leg ham compensate the lost of layer texture of the croissant. If they just warmed up the croissant to remain it’s texture, full mark in this review should be expected.

We stumbled upon Bedouin Brew in the unexpected location of an industrial area in Coopers Plains when we were picking up something from a shop next to it. The coffee shop has a clear sign on the outside announcing its existence there. The outside of Bedouin Brew. It is quite an open area, the high ceiling and open roller door and glass windows making it feel airy and spacious. The interior was simply decorated and, in keeping with its surroundings, had an industrial feel, with coated concrete floors, corrugated sheet metal lining the service counter, and cable spools for some of the tabletops.
What a great cafe this is. Very spacious inside with comfortable lounges & airy spaces, a bit like an opened up garage actually! Which was great for the pooch of course. Coffee was ultra smooth with perfect strength & looked, tasted & presented well by the charming barista
