Great and patient service. My son couldn't decide and so went back and forth but they quitely waited for him. Ended up getting Cotton candy and praline and cheesecake one. Both very nice.

Visited again on my son's birthday. He doesn't like cakes or cup cakes so this was a perfect birthday treat. We got all 4 creature creations and of course it was a super hit. Again very patient. Love our local baskin robbins.
Found the service to be really friendly. We came in the school holidays and he was so patient with all the kids, it was very nice to see. The little one ordered his choc peanut butter flavour with 3 different toppings. It was gone before I even paid! I indulged and got the fudge sundae which was warmed chocolate brownie and chocolate ice cream with fudge sauce and whipped cream. It was RICH but enjoyable and of course I ate it all.
In total $20. Pretty decent. They have some pretty out there flavours of ice cream and some nice looking desserts. Donut sundaes and what not.
I loooove baskin and Robbins! I wish we could mix in the m&ms and other treats instead of just adding it on top, but still delicious. 😋 the service is great and close to my home so I am a regular.
I must say the customer service at Baskin-Robbins Ashgrove is amazing, went to buy a cake last minute which they couldn’t make it in time, but I got text from the manager asking how they could help me what my requirements were, and they went over and above to offer me other options, excellent experience
Amazing, friendly service from who I believe are the new franchisee’s. Such a warm welcoming as soon as we walked into the door!
I made an order through Uber Eats. Unfortunately my order ended up being cancelled as there were no drivers available and the store hit closing time.
Not accepting defeat, I tried my luck calling the store directly to see if they'd be able to deliver after their shift. Luckily for me they accepted. They declined payment for delivery since I had to wait a very long time for an Uber Eats driver.
Thank you for going the extra mile to keep a customer happy.
The Ashgrove Baskin Robbins is by far the best around always has all flavours and ice cream cakes on hand. Well managed business.
