What a neighbourhood gem! Came here with a friend and the place was packed! Loved the selection of gin and the food we had, especially the bao, were all delicious.
The service was friendly, if not a little haphazard with people unsure where to order drinks and where to order food. I think a clear spot for food and drink orders and the bar to be left for drinks only would be good on busy evenings.

Best (only) bar in The Gap. Cool bar with friendly young staff. Food basic but tasty enough and reasonably cheap. Good craft beers. Major complaint is the the leather diner style tables are really uncomfortable to to the table legs and nowhere to put your feet. Everyone was squirming around trying to find a comfortable position. Bad design. But aside from that would highly recommend. Could do with wet wipes for fingers after eating wings
What a unique place. I absolutely loved it here. The atmosphere is excellent. We sat on the front outside table close to the TV. We had a puppy with us. They were so lovely to him. They brought over a dog bowl. We quickly ordered cocktails which were amazing. They have an amazing selection of drinks. Their menu for cocktails and drinks are pretty impressive. Their food is a bit lacking. We ordered wings, dumplings, karage chicken and their pork belly bao buns. They did taste good but the portion sizes are small. Also our bao buns only had tiny pieces of pork in it. In saying that l am giving them a 4 star. Why? Well their service was amazing. Every single staff member was so lovely and friendly. Really felt like we could stay and drink all night. If they made it more family friendly food then this place will be a bigger hit. The Gap community already know of this place as being special. Amazing job.
Blind Tiger has fast become my new favourite place to be. The Gap community have really gotten behind this newly opened establishment and it shows how much The Gap and surrounds really needed something like this to be opened so well done to the crew at Blind Tiger for the best gift ever!!. Very good service, interesting decor and extensive gin menu. The food is always good and menu changes all the time. I had a grilled peach salad.
Friendly service and delicious food. The atmosphere in the Blind Tiger Bar is very pleasant. Although situated in busy shopping centre, when you enter the cafe, you are shielded from the busy-ness of the outside world. Very relaxed and quiet. Bonus . . . my brother-in-law got a free beer because we were celebrating his birthday! How good is that?!?
The Blind Tiger is an excellent venue for a function or special celebration. We had a great afternoon for a 60th birthday, enjoying grazing platters as a starter, followed by divine pizzas. Well supported by the range of beers, Gin and wines!!! Despite some challenges, the staff went out of their way to take care of our group. A friendly and local establishment where we can walk home afterwards (if required) - what could be better?
The chef here really knows how to cook callimari, superb.
They have a great porter on tap and the Jacko's shiraz is a good drop.
We had a wonderful early dinner. Great spot for a date night.

I came in for dinner with my boss on Monday and had a wonderful Time. The food and the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. The bearded bartender made a mean amaretto sour and poured the perfect beer. Staff where so friendly and so accomodating
A great local for those in The Gap. Great revolving beer options (taps and pre-packaged), wine choices not lacking either.
Good to see tap quality on the up after a recent lull. That combined with the return of the wings to the menu should keep the punters happy!
