The crispy pork banh mi is a must. The pork were well seasoned and cooked perfectly without drying out the meat while the pork skin is the best I've tried. Unlike the usual crispy pork skin this one is incredibly light and not oily at all. The pastry was fresh. Drinks were good, chocolate milkshake was thick and with the right amount of sweetness and the coffee bean they used for the latte is pretty decent.

The staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. I had the best soy chai (real mix, no syrup) that I have had in Melbourne. The roast pork bahn mi was superb, soft bread with crispy crust, fresh veggies, perfect proportions and distribution of fillings, including a generous amount of pork and crackling. Will definitely be coming back, can’t wait to try the rice paper rolls, thanks Dosage Cafe!

Seriously good coffee and incredible Bahn Mi, unfortunately they’ve closed down for good, it was a sad last few days here but we returned each day that week to make the most of the great food, coffee and service! 🥲
