Better gelato than from the best places in Italy! Better quality and flavours than anywhere else too.
Really good variety of flavors , I was quite impressed with the taste and texture of their gelato tried quite a few flavors and they were all quite good. Would come again for sure
This homemade gelato was definitely a highlight of my day in Byron. After a warm day we decided to stop by In the Pink that was serving up some gelato. We ordered two scoops for $6.50 which is quite reasonable. The flavours ordered were berry crumble and banana split. Berry crumble was a perfect berry flavour which was very creamy and was topped with some ginger snap cookies which was the 'crumble' part as the name suggests. The banana split gelato was topped with macadamias and these were laced throughout the gelato which was a nice texture kick. Typically don't reach for banana flavoured foods as they often taste quite artificial but this one had quite a natural banana sweetness to it which was very nice. Would definitely get more gelato from here next visit!

Great gelato they have here. Got myself a cone with ferrero rocher and crunchy coffee after a nice dinner down the road. It had loads of Fresh flavour and they gave a generous portion. Nothing like having an ice cream at Byron and listening to a busker at the same time. Sorry no pics but promise it was great! π€π€
Simple and delicious ice cream. Large selection to please the whole family and not to harsh on the wallet either! Highly recommend as a post-dinner desert or beachy afternoon snack.
Amazing gelato. Got a scoop of banana x cinnamon & dark chocolate and it was such a great mix. Definitely go here for your beach gelato fix!

Finally ticked Byron Bay off my listππ- Mango Macadamia ice cream from In the Pink: it is just right amount of sweetness, except it taste more macadamia than mango but they do give plenty of macadamias in 2 scoopsπππ

The best ice cream place ever! I have come here one to times a day everyday for a week! Their range of flavours is amazing! I recommend the Malteaser, Mars bar, Toblerone, Ferrero Rocher and Nutella ! They are all delicious!

In The Pink Gelato Bar has the best gelato in Byron Bay. I enjoyed Lemon Cheesecake.
Omg so good I didn't even remember to take photos of our gelatos! $5.00 for one scoop, $7.50 for two scoops and $9.00 for three scoops. Belgian chocolate was my favourite. Pistachio was really nice and both the raspberry cheesecake and boysenberry cheesecake were nice as well.
Well, this place is certainly near the top of the list as far as ice-creameries go!

The flavours are truly unique. Samples include mango/macadamia, Nutella/peanut butter, lemon cheesecake to name a few.
Whatever the flavour, they have pieces of the flavour (ie: real strawberries etc) on/in the ice cream.
The staff have always being friendly.

Delicious and creamy gelato. We tried the mango macadamia, espresso martini, and belgian chocolate and they were all so good!
We enjoyed the icecream Birthday cake ,everyone raved about it at the dinner party especially the Birthday boy 80 years old which proves your never too old to enjoy a In The Pink yummy treat
Vegan gelato was definitely delicious. Minus one star because they wouldn't let us try any of the flavours, apparently because of covid/their management. Even though all the other gelato shops in the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast do always let us sample the flavours, even through the pandemic.
