I accidently found this place, I smell their coffee when I pass their store and decided to taste it this afternoon, I bought the fillter coffee (Tazania soemthing) it is delicious. The staff and the barista it self is very friendly! I love this place.

Tucked in an alleyway Blackbird serves up consistently great coffee. The whole time we were in Cairns this time we visited regularly & never scored a dud. Flavour of the brew is robust & sweet with creamy smooth texture. Always beautifully presented by the talented baristas

Great coffee, nice ambience and great service. I ordered an iced latte that was strong and nutty. The beans were roasted perfectly. I'd come back again for a reliable cuppa.

Cute little coffee shop tucked away in an arcade off Grafton Street that was highly recommended to me by Emily at Rydges. Boy was she right! What a perfect start to my day! Their single origin roast was super! Gusto and full of body, my long black was just devine. Thanks so much for a fab coffee, great little space too if you want to chill out there! 💕

Super nice interior and love their blend of coffee! I would’ve given this place a 5/5 but the barista who served us was a big rude...he seems annoyed that we came in for coffee while he was cleaning up the coffee station (mind you, there was still 45mins til close)

nice place great coffee tucked in a small walkway of oceana place. Try their iced coffee with nutella gelato. Quite a nice blend of coffee a sweet nutella. Nice place to chill out with the Cairns heat.

Rock solid consistent coffee and good food. Quick service with a hipster atmosphere. Located off the street, this is a great place for a quick coffee or to beat the crowds on The Esplanade

This place has been the only one in Queensland, so far, that has coffee as good as the coffee I was used to in Melbourne. Their long macc was very good and the staff was very nice. Although tucked away from the main street the atmosphere is good too.
