Great coffee, delightful wait staff ... beautiful spot to sit outdoors and enjoy the balmy Cairns weather in July. Bottle of chilled water was welcome too.

I had a hard time choosing what to order as quite a few of the options stood out to me. Super happy I went with the choc protein bowl, it was delicious! The fruit was so fresh and the presentation was cute too.
My coffee order was misplaced (no biggie), so I went up to remind them of it - everyone jumped into action, I received three apologies from three different people and was offered a free coffee for the trouble. That by far exceeded my expectations but it was really nice to see such great customer service!
While I don’t drink coffee, I drink hot chocolate. Theirs is one of the best I had in a long time.
Our breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Worth a visit.
Fantastic breakfast experience - the French Toast was amazing. Coffees were excellent too. Friendly team with food and coffees coming quickly.
Another very nice Café in Cairns. Just a block away from the Marina, and around the corner from the Esplanade on Shields Street.
Plenty of covered outdoor seating, protected from
the harsh spring sun, and enjoying the nice Coral Sea Breeze that sneaks through the Cairns Lagoon pool.
Coffee was very good.
Poached eggs and Avocado on Turkish was simple, but actually was very nice. Would eat this as my breakfast or lunch every day !
I knew Bang and Grin done an amazing coffee, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their breakfast.

Great location and a lovely fresh menu. Easy access to central Cairns and a nice place to sit and have a meal. They have most standard cafe classics but also some fresh modern meals like a acai bowls etc. I love that the tea is lose leaf and served in a cute little pot. The food is delicious and tastes super fresh. The portions are big too. Our server was very friendly and chatty too.
Awesome location close to the Esplanade. Clean cafe. And friendly Staff. What more could you ask for from a cafe.
The Veggie Burger & Chips i order were delicious. Would definitely visit again soon 🙂
