This is where I buy my coffee beans. I always stop for a coffee when I am making my purchase. Roasted locally, Tattooed Sailor White Label is my favourite blend.

There are only a few quirky cafes that generate a "WoW" when it comes to atmosphere, great coffee and friendly, accepting staff. This cafe has that x10. Unique in Cairns and in the most unassuming location, TSCR are in a word "amazing". Should be on everyone's 'GoTo' list 💖☕💖

Popped into the Tattooed Sailor for a coffee while in Cairns. Its a little bit off the "tourist" drag but definitely worth checking out if you love your coffee as these guys know their stuff!! Batch, drip, pour over as well as your usual espresso style coffee are all available! Jimmy welcomed us in from the moment we walked in the door. His passion for coffee is clearly evident from our conversation... I ordered a batch and my wife an almond chia latte (it's a proper chia made with chia tea and hot milk no powdered chia mix here!) The batch was single origin from Brasil and on the richer darker side than the lighter floral fruiter tones I lean towards but very very nice. Jimmy also provided a taster of their Ethiopian cold drip just for me to try which was super smoooooth. Highly recommend that if you're looking to have a coffee on a hot day. As we chatted I was impressed with their passion for coffee and appreciated their support of a local coffee producer located in Atherton Tablelands as well as other coffee shops to try while in Cairns. I'll certainly visit again and will be ordering some beans upon my return to Adelaide. Thanks for the great service and coffee, Jimmy. 🙏🙏🙏
