Great old school fish and chips. Super fresh and very tasty. Takeaway only, grab them and head down to nearby Anderson Park and watch the sunset over the city backdrop.

Had the flake and the whiting with a large fries and chicken salt. Batter was crispy and the fish wasn't over cooked. The staff were really friendly and very generous with the fries. I really liked the fish from here and would definitely come back, but I prefer kings and queens fish and chips at Camberwell junction.

We love this place. Great quality and price. Never too oily and they always ask if we want chicken salt. Fish is never dry, chips are super generous.

The best fish and chip shops are the ones that are simple. No fuss fish and chip shop that offers good quality food. They also use good quality oil which makes the fish and chips golden brown.

We order, once a month Bill's fabulous think juicy and tasty fish. Also, the chips are " well done" for crunchy lovely chips. The combination is absolutely perfect. We have tried other fish and chip shops, always unsatisfied. We always come back to Bill's - always satisfied. I am so lucky I live within walking distance. Thanks Bills for years and years of fantastic fish and chips.

Had a take-away from here and must say I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not a huge fan of fish & chips in general but my husband & kids really wanted some and it was pretty tasty. The chips were nice & crispy, served with a spicy sauce my husband chose (sorry not sure which sauce this was but it was like a spicy mayo & it worked well), and the fish was pretty nice & fresh too. Basic food done well. Will definitely be back when we have a craving for fish & chips.

'bills fish and chips' is singly the best place to go for some good grub. the employees where lovely and where very friendly. I had a great chat with there person working there and I will go again. I got the lot and large chips for 1 and it was more then enough for single lonely man like me. I have recommend this to my loads of friends!

Really solid fish and chips. First time we had it, amazing!! We went back a fortnight later and it was still very good... but not as good. So possibly a bit inconsistent... having said that, we'll still go back next time we want fish and chips as its the best we've found in the area.
