They are a wonderful place that we have been going to for many many years, they are very kind and friendly, great fun and friendly atmosphere, authentic atmosphere, and the very best, tastiest food!!! They are an overall favourite and very popular in town!
Lovely staff who were amazingly friendly. Good price and big serving sizes! Only $20 for a great meal and double that for a couple. Would definitely recommend for families and singles alike.
Amazing Thai food, definitely fine tuned to western ways, only downside is the meals don't come out at the same time, but this information is highlighted in the menu before ordering, I'm assuming it's a lovely old heritage listed property in the heart of Camden and if not it should be, a little funky and upbeat with 3 separate dining areas. The best Thai I've eaten since being in Thailand 4 years ago, I would recommend!
Fan Thai is probably the best Thai in the area. In a big house, there's three separate rooms to eat in, so can have privacy if you like. Being from the city, it's a bit expensive compared to what I'm used to with all the cheap eats around, but it is nice and tasty. My family goes here very often so that's a great sign. Their favourite go to dish is green curry. This particular occasion they shared curry puffs, a nice pastry and tasty filling. They also got money bags. For me, I went the healthy option and got a Tom Yum soup - not too spicy and a decent amount of chicken. My family shared Mains, pad ke mao, a beef grill option which was delicious and a massamun curry - meat perfectly cooked. My mum then had an amazing dee fried ice cream - crispy on the outside and freezing ice cream in the middle - perfect! The ladies working there are lovely. It was freezing cold so could do with some heating.
Not going to lie, a bit of a regular here! Go-to meal is the 'karee' puffs for entrée and yellow chicken curry as the star. Flavours are authentic and always on point. Rating is based on my other visits as tonight I had to approach waitstaff to order our desserts after they went MIA for half an hour. Aside, the staff are lovely and it's nice to see the strong rapport they have with diners who you can tell, are also regulars.
Always amazing. I could never fault these guys. They are so authentic in every aspect of there business. You will always be served a beautiful Thai meal in a really lovely place.

Great food and awesome service! Try the seafood Hoa mok tolay it's awesome! They have a great starter called rice heaven it's beautiful!! Great Thai food at a great price, dine in or takeaway!

Highly recommend Fan Thai for your family dinners! We have been coming here for years, and have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect on every occasion. The food never disappoints and the value for money is great. Love that it is a BYO venue, and the customer service is always exceptional - personalised and one of the many reasons we continue to return to this venue.
Been coming to fan Thai since I was literally 3 years old (23 years) , all the staff always remember my family every time we come in and it makes us feel really special. the food here is always consistent and packed full of flavour, and is really good value for money , can never fault a thing
My Partner took me here after hyping it up for what felt like months and months. Prawns in my dish were some of the best Thai style prawns I’ve tasted and the experience was great overall. Will be back soon!

Beautiful food! I have been here twice and they fail to disappoint with the quality of the food and the vivid tastes of their dishes. Located in a beautiful spot in Camden! Will definitely go there again!
