We've been to Pilot once before, years ago, and loved it - so much so that we decided to go back on our wedding night with our bridal party! It didn't let us down on such a momentous occasion - the food was as delicious as ever, the drinks were interesting and really tasty and the service was wonderful. Half of us had dietary requirements and this was no issue at all. We can't wait to go back again for another special occasion!

Very enjoyable. The green tea starter was novel. As was the oyster in a foaming milky sauce. The mackerel was not the greatest, seemed a little dry and tough. That was the only setback and what followed was fabulous crispy chicken, fresh baked rolls and then a sublime foamed dessert. The suburban setting and plain decor does reduce the specialness of the dining experience against competitors, however the service is friendly and attentive and the food is good.

Really amazing dining experience! Service is impeccable, each dish memorable, and the non-alcoholic drinks pairing menu was mindblowing - they really put effort into each creation. Add it to your bucket list.
