Just opened for about two months, Tan Phuoc offers a large variety of Vietnamese food and drinks. Unlike the Cabramatta area, nearby parking is easier to find. Seating area was quite spacious and I appreciated the fact that the space between one table to another was not too crowded like normally in other Asian Restaurants. Dishes we ordered: Net Rice Paper Spring Rolls with Crab and Shrimp: Absolutely delicious. They also have the ‘normal’ type of Spring Rolls but I was keen to try this one since it sounded unique. Unique indeed! Crispy on the outside with tasty filling, highly recommend. Fried Rice with Bbq Pork, Pork Sausage, Prawn and Vegetable: For a start, the meats were generously given (thanks for that). As for the flavour, I would love it to be a little bit more salty/flavours, but it’s probably just me. Stiry Fried Tofu & Vegetable with Egg Noodle: Veggies were fresh and I loved that they gave mushroom as well. Not bad. Honey Chicken: The appearance certainly didn’t look like the photo on the menu. It was better! Sticky and glossy, the honey chicken was flavoursome and I loved the addition of a crunchy texture from the crispy noodles around the chicken. The highlight for me was definitely the Raw Wagyu Beef Pho. Beef was tender and the broth was delicious. As for the drink, the hot milk coffee tasted great and coffee was strong even though the whole drink was very sweet for my liking. For the dessert we ordered the one with three different ingredients inside. Loved it. Nice coconut milk based dessert that was not overly sweet.

I came in with a group of 6. We ordered entrees, wagyu pho + crispy noodles and other dishes to share, portions were really big and it was hot. We really enjoyed it, would come again!
