Great service and excellent food. If you love spicy schezuan food then this place is worth the try.
Great food. Staff (the guy) is friendly.

First things first, I loved the well maintained and clean decor. Owned and maintained by the couple, the M8 Noodles in Carnegie is a good Chinese restaurant to dine. The well-curated menu offers dishes that can be shared among two people. I love chicken when it comes to meat and I wanted to try something chicken. It was lunch time and they were having a Lunch special menu ( 12.9 Food + 2.9 Drink ). I have decided to have only food since I have plans to get some bubble tea on the way back.
The staff/owner is very friendly and they speak both Chinese and English very well. I was with my Chinese friend and they spoke in Chinese with him and with a very pleasant smile they made me comfortable by speaking English with me. As you get seated they will serve you some snacks/crisps in a stylish tray which is in the shape of a swan.
I had rice and Xinjiang Style Spicy Chicken, I have asked them to bring down the spiciness level. My friend ordered spicy beef noodles. The chicken was cooked to perfection and had perfect seasoning. However, I find the dish served was cold. I really doubt how fresh it was compared to my friend's dish. There were bones in the chicken and this should have been mentioned in the menu. I always prefer boneless. The house beef noodles tasted fresh and well cooked. The deep fried chicken steak, fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce are the items I would definitely want to try next time.
I really loved the execution of the business, well-maintained decor, and categorized menu. However, I find a few dishes to be a bit expensive and if they could lower the price by $1.5 - $2 it will make a huge difference.
