My family and I had a very enjoyable meal at Fusion. It was a stopover for lunch in Colac on our way back to Melbourne after the Great Ocean Road. We had the eye fillet, slow cooked lamb shoulder and fish & scallop pot pie. All the dishes were delicious! Coffee was good too. Please bear in mind the restaurant is only staffed by a husband-and-wife team. Even then, service was attentive and personable.

A great lunch find. My wife and I shared wonderful saganaki, squid and a salad. Best meal we have had in Colac-well in a lot of places in a long time. We will be back.

Rooftop Escape campers

Great place for a meal now that they have changed there trading hours . I found the owners to be really friendly and welcoming along with the creative rustic wood atmosphere and a well laid out restaurant which ties it all together . I briefly enjoy a coffee and cake while I was waiting for a friend both where delicious and well presented. I’d recommend to anyone after a delicious meal stop by and give the menu a try and see what new flavours you find .

What can I say! My wife Lucy and I heard a rumour about Fusion some time ago and decided to give it a go for lunch. We were completely blown away by the food, the intimate atmosphere and the friendliness exuding from Duncan and his beautiful wife, Michelle. We loved it so much that we have a regular fortnightly booking and the only reason that this isn't weekly is because we live out of town and unfortunately, I am still working full-time. Keep up the fantastic work you two!

Absolutely delicious. Must try if you are passing through or in colac. Barramundi, pork belly, rice paper roll all were super!!!!! Service was great too!!
