Walking through the entrance doors the scent in the foyer is absolutely divine, and then you are greeted by the most friendly and caring staff. I stated in a standard room, simple and very easy to relax in, noise level very low, heard next to no outside traffic and very comfortable bedsThe big buffet breakfast was delicious, great coffee and once again top quality staff and service.
We just left after a 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed ever second of it.
The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The view from our corner room looked out over the beach and suburb of Coogee, this hotel in blessed in location, it really is a stunning view.
The pool was heated which is a delight especially when a chilly sea breeze kicks in.
The food quality was fantastic and all the staff were courteous and helpful.
Of particular mention we loved the Concierge/Doorman.
Your first impression of a hotel often comes from when you first step foot out of the car at the entrance and during check-in, he made us settled and feel very welcomed.

Breakfast was pre-organized in our booking but watch out as the price is steep for walk-up. Service and food is excellent, buffet style with juice bar and wide variety of hot and cold breakfast items. You will have to flag down a server to get a coffee.
