Quaint little cafe with a personal touch to it’s service. Really great coffees and a menu that’ll keep you busy for a while. The dishes are truly freshly and individually prepared so don’t expect a rush. Quality of the meals are far higher than the norm. Our party had the Buttermilk Pancakes with Berry Compote, French Toast & Oats and Berry Açaí Bowl....all resulted in a significant number of oohs and aahs!
We got the breakfast platter for two and it did not disappoint!! I just regret I forgot to take a photo. It had a bit of everything and was really generous. We did our best to demolish it but couldn’t quite make it...

Stopped in at Cafe Zingers for brekkie and decided it had been too long since I had a decent Eggs Benny (Benedict) so I ordered that and an orange juice. While I waited I was entertained as a young girl who was sitting with her parents ran around the cafe much to the delight of the patrons and staff who were all enchanted by her. The staff were so nice to everyone and took a special interest in all the customers, it really was a great atmosphere and made you feel very welcome.
Orange juice was delish, organic and very tasty, the Eggs Benny was a treat too, beautiful Hollandaise sauce, nice eggs and very tasty salmon on a couple of English Muffins. If you're in Croydon check this place out and if you're not... make a detour... it's that good. :)

and finally somewhere that has the option of normal white bread !! im so over trying to saw through sourdough and then try not break my teeth on it. its such a relief zingers know how to do it!!

Came here today for brunch with my hubby. It was rather busy but we were seated straight away. The staff were friendly and prompt even though it was busy. I had the eggs benidict which was divine! That hollindise sauce is irresistible! Hubby choose the pork belly. He polished off his plate too!! We finished with some amazing coffees. The coffees here is just as good as the food! Jasper is such a beautiful blend and the barista does it justice. The wait staff were very attentive and clearly care about their customers needs. 10 out of 10 from us! Can not wait to go back!
OMG! I have been here a few times, and as a local it has become my go to place for coffee and food! The staff are welcoming and always remember me. The coffee has a strong flavour. The eggs benidict, bought tears to my eyes, never in my life have i found a better eggs benidict anywhere. Keep up the good work!
Had a lovely little breakfast here and was really happy with everything, from the generous sizes of the meal to the customer service, which was friendly and attentive and willing to accommodate to my diva list of alteration requests. Thanks for a great pre-work breakfast! :)
A family favorite. Stumbled across Zingers a few months back with the family. With so many cafes to choose from in Croydon Im glad we picked here. Indoor and outdoor seating. The best coffee and helpful friendly staff. They do an all day breakfast with a variety of choices.. I have tried them all over time. My daughter loves the kids pancakes and hubby loves the big breakfast. We are now regulars at Cafe Zingers. Something for everyone you wont be dissapointed!
Heaven on Earth. Came for lunch today and had the Goats Cheese tart and my god was it good. Hat off the the chef. The coffee was the best I have had in mainstreet! Will definetly be back because food coffee and service all gets 5 stars

They go everyday but I only meet some friends for coffee once a week. We sit out back on the patio which allows one friend to bring his dog, Cyrus. The owner brings Cyrus a few nibbles. I have had breakfast there several times. GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE and great dining options (inside and three patios).
Mother’s Day brunch at Cafe Zingers. First visit to this cafe, definitely not the last. Such wonderful service, delicious food and a wide variety of menu items. Made my daughter and l feel so welcome.

Today had the most delicious lunch, Pumpkin, mushroom and spinach Risotto. The best Risotto I have ever eaten and I have been to Italy and had many boring Risottos. But this one, yum yum a must try, it’s on the Chefs Specials Menu. ❤️ Thank you Zingers❤️

I love this place. All the staff are always friendly and the menu is extensive. The outside seating out the back is quiet and cosy and most of the time we have it to ourselves. The food is always fantastic and very well priced.
Such a welcoming and friendly Cafe to sit down and have a meal. Had brunch yesterday with family and could not fault the service or the food. Will definately recommend to family and friends and will comeback next time I'm in the area. Our meals were delicious and plenty to choose from. Great to see such happy smiling faces. Thankyou

I would add if you read the owners responses to the small number of low ratings they seem insightful to the state of mind of some folks these last few years.
