Under new management this place is worth having a feed at, 
waiting times, comprehension of English are no longer a problem and the food is good!

I personally have been eating here since it's inception several years ago and have the taste of the PHO  authentic to what I have had in the North and the South of Vietnam.
I'll eat there at lease once or twice a week.
Give it a try, I'm sure you will not be disappointed!

The pho at Dragon in Dandenong very yummy ..I love the broken rice and the pho slice beef in there... the Dragon under new management now they have excellent food and chefs ...

Finally a place to get Vietnamese in Dandenong - especially inside the plaza!
Shaking beef was fragrant and well-marinated - for $9.90 with tomato rice!
I would love to try their pho soon.
Friendly, fast staff.
