We had a geat meal there. Egg plant with Seafood stuffing, beef stir fry with Chinese broccoli, seafood hot pot. All very authentic Cantonese. The place was full and lots of ppl order takeaway. We had pretty good service. Would take friends there next time.
Go to roast meat on rice. So yummy and reasonably priced. Keep ordering takeout and very satisfied with meals. Bonus points for brocolli on side!!!
This restaurant is just at the same row as Ampang Yong Tau Foo and Malayan Inn where most Asian goes for their lunch or dinner. Once a while will try this restaurant for dinner or takeaways. Their roasted BBQ duck or roasted pork are most popular. Prices are fair for eating in or takeaways. Recently I went again for dinner and didn’t order much as it is only two of us. At least the staff are friendly and didn’t complain that we ordered too few dish. The soup and dessert are served free of charge. We enjoyed our meal and even happy to pay the return change as tips. Most important is the staff must be pleasantly serving the customers with a cheerful look.
Very unassuming restaurant from the outside, had no expectations.
Came inside, was seated with prawn crackers and tea.
Menu a tiny bit confusing but had nice imagery.
Had the steamed scallops with vermicelli and garlic which was decent for starters.
The soy chicken was a good standard.
We had steamed barramundi with ginger which was cooked very well and delicious sauce.
The chicken ribs with salted egg yolk is also another winner.
The eggplant and tofu filled with fish paste was also a great dish.
We had mixed veges, stir fried Chinese broccoli and pea shoots sauteed with mushrooms. All pretty standard and would order again.

Upon entry a very unassuming restaurant. However the food was amazing. We had a stuffed bean curd with was goo as any high end restaurant I have eaten at. the steam white chicken was moist and delicious as was the fish and vegetables. We finished of with Banana fritters which was typical with a very heavy batter unfortunately. But a great little gem to dine in.

Been here many times with the family. I highly recommend to anyone that loves Chinese. One of my favourite dishes is the Peking duck delish. Staff is so friendly. Keep it up King Jade !
No dinner crowd, easy parking, good food (literally everything we ordered was good), and speedy, attentive service. Plus the kids ate everything. I'd say it checks all the boxes. Don't forget to try the roast pork - that's really good. Love the beef brisket - that was brilliantly done, meltingly tender. The red bean dessert was a simple affair, but very well executed. Smooth, flavoursome without being overly sweet.
Will have to call in and order the lobster noodles next time.
Great food all round whether it's lunch or dinner.
The roast meats are great especially the duck and crispy pork. The crispy pork isn't too salty like a lot of other places.
The owners are friendly. Just good honest food.
Amazing Cantonese Bbq restaurant. It's very hard to find a place with cheap price with quantity and quality! Love their roast pork which the skin was so crispy!
Definetly feels like your typical Chinese restaurant with all their specials written in Chinese all over the walls and being crammed onto a small table.
Food was good though. I always judge a Chinese restaurant on how much water I need to consume after eating at a Chinese restaurant because the more I quench my thirst, the more MSG they use in their dishes, which is a bad sign.
Pecking duck looked really sad on the plate. Most restaurants would cut the pieces finely and evenly but here, they partially butchered the best bits. The highlight was the deep fried baramundi which was cooked to perfection. I also quite liked their pepper soup with pork. It's really pepper-y which I like and quite unique which I haven't tasted before. Overall, good place to go to for a quick Chinese fix. I didn't have to drink THAT much water which is also a good sign
9/10 crispy Pork belly and BBQ pork on egg noodles for lunch, just right.
More dishes on their extensive Menu, I guess more good Cantonese food.
Good standard Chinese food at this busy, small suburban restaurant. Decor is basic, service is quick and staff friendly. Loved the oysters with xo sauce.

We used to come to King’s jade very often until they changed hands few time in last few years. We happen to be in the area today and needed to have a quick lunch. We ordered the roast pork and duck dry noodles. Both turned out to be delicious. Beside the usual Chinese restaurant service, King’s Jade is now back to our local restaurant list.
Eaten here many times, one of the many small restaurants in Doncaster. Fairly basic decor with an Asian flavour. Typical Chinese restaurant menu, Beef in black bean, chicken in black bean, pork in black bean etc. Lots of seafood choices and the food is always fresh and tasty and quickly prepared even when they are busy. Unusually they also have a counter at the front selling meat by weight: BBQ Pork, Roast Pork, Roast Duck, Chicken etc sold by weight and cut up to order into bite size pieces. We occasionally buy the ready cooked meat here as take away. Bit of rice and stir-fry vegies at home and a quick and tasty meal.
