Not eaten dinner there before, went there with girlfriends. A casual set up (long tables to share or small tables for 2-4) was fine for us. Limited menu range but was delicious - look online, may not suit everyone. Had a lovely Wignalls Rosè. Ate various share plates of the most delicious food, came out gradually as we chatted. We weren't in any hurry. The gnocchi and the Angus beef was to die for. Prawn Linguine was yummy, as was the cauliflower dish. The sago desert was also really scrumptious. We all said it was the nicest food we'd eaten out for ages. Will definitely be back! Still drooling.

Well worth the visit. The coffee is great the food is always enjoyable and the cakes, ect are very nice�I also enjoy the health food produce and selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great position and a lovely street to walked down.

Nice mixed mushroom dish and they are generous with the sides. The breakfast ramen was a fair effort. The coffee was fine and the smoothy good. Pleasant in the cool summer sun.
It’s hard to say this as I don’t want to exaggerate, but this would have to be close to the best meal I have ever had. Big call I know but seriously go and make up your own mind. One chef on duty produced the most exquisite meal I have had since I don’t know when. Scallops, with that delicious sauce hot and fresh. Dumplings: perfectly cooked. Fillet steak with fennel slaw; devine. Duck fat roasted potatoes to cap it off. Great service, great ambience, funky relaxing decor. Street parking. Oh yes. ... bread and butter pudding that would make Nana jealous... with raspberries!! Our friends had been and told us to go and they went the fish which, from their rolling eyeballs, I would say is pretty amazing too. 5 stars all the way. I’ll be back.
Ramen was interesting with a fusion twist, served with poached eggs instead of the regular boiled eggs. 🙌

Some of the best small plate food I’ve ever had for a pretty reasonable price. The atmosphere (on a Thursday night) was quirky and intimate, and the service was brilliant. We’re so stoked to have found this place!
This gorgeous restaurant is an absolute gem! Everything on the menu has it's own little twist and always tastes incredible and fresh. The atmosphere is so welcoming and bright, even when it was busy the staff were always professional and I can't wait to go back.

We popped by George Street Quarters for coffee on a wet and wintery mid-week morning in September. The decor is on point but unfortunately the coffee was not. It was weak, tasteless and milky. It was also a bit awkward upon arrival as it wasn't clear where to place our order as there was no staff member at the cash register - only a barista behind the coffee machine who ignored us for five minutes until another staff member arrived at work and took our order.
Really liked George Street Quarters! Went on a late Sunday morning and ordered the Pitaya Bowl and the Mushroom Medley. Both were delicious. The Pitaya Bowl was really fresh and was topped with tasty granola. When the bowl first came out I was a bit underwhelmed by the portion size - however once I got to the end I thought it was just right. The hash in the medley was nice and crispy, topped with lots of mushrooms.
Staff were friendly and food came out really quickly. Only slight negative comment would be the confusion with seating. Lots of people were standing around for coffee but it looked like they were waiting for a share table.
Always a lovely breakfast here! The staff are friendly and helpful! The menu is alway fresh and current and that is what I love! Coffee is always on point :)
Where do I start... the coffee was so good I finished it in a couple of minutes, then the gingerbread milkshake came out and wow it was the best milkshake we both had ever had! Then out came my breakfast ramen, it blew me away it was the best ramen I've had and the only time I've ever finished a whole bowl I was full but wanted to get every last drop. The hubby got a steak sandwich I had a bite and it melted in my mouth which is exactly what you want in a steak sandwich. I'm pretty happy we found this place, we will be coming back.
Beautiful decor, great gourmet food, excellent drink selections. Live music great spot to spoil someone. Retro seating like a movie theatre as well as dining tables. All classy and relaxing atmosphere!
East Fremantle’s star cafe. A really popular community driven cafe/store/occasional wine bar. They stock premium health foods including delicious kombucha and cold brew coffee. The location is easily accessible with parking on the famous George St. I enjoy sitting out the front watching the cars and traffic flow by while drinking a tasty hot brew.

Steak sandwich was awesome, Eggs Benedict served on a massive hash brown and not bread. Excellent. Quiet dining with not many patrons on a sunday afternoon.
