Mumma Mia ššš some of the best pizza in Perth! Plus that young man serving is Cute š
This is the second best pizza in Vic Park. Ā It's only pipped by the overall experience of Brando's at the top of the Highway because Brando's is slightly cheaper and licensed. Taste-wise, they are on a par. I was directed to this venue by an Uber driver who told me it was very good. He wasn't lying.
More casual dining. They have a different take on traditional pizzas. Iāve been there in a group and members of the group have different opinions on the pizzas both good and bad. So really it comes down to your preference on pizza. I enjoy eating here.
Best dessert pizza's in town. Great selection, always made welcome but be sure to dine early, ie around 6pm as by 7pm the place is packed. Loved the Greek lamb and mustard pizza, if fact they are all delicious. Great range of different styles from crispy to thick base and they welcome BYO. This place is a must if you love your pizza!
OUR TAKE
If you're bored of the usual restaurant pizza and want to try something new, Theo's is the go-to place. With a diverse menu, Theo's pizza will give you a fresh perspective of what pizza can and should be.Ā Ā
FOOD
We have tried most of the menu - however our two repeat orders were the delicious 'Breaking Bad' inspired 'los pollos hermanos' and the juicy greek lamb. The pizza base is not traditional but is not soggy at all.
VIBEĀ
The vibe is buzzing, and although it can get loud, it is a great date night or with a larger group of friends.
SERVICE
Service is up to standard of what you would expect in a restaurant of this capacity, and the staff are super friendly.
CRITIQUEĀ
Our only critique is that this pizza can leave you feeling quite thirsty as they use a lot of salt.
OVERALLĀ
Overall, Theo's is one of our favourite pizza places, even after travelling Australia trying to find better. You won't regret coming here.
Have visited this place several times now and always enjoy the experience. As itās more than often quite busy, the ambience is always fun and and comfortable, although it can get a bit loud. Service is super friendly and there are loads of interesting sounding options to try off the menu. As for the food, the ingredients are fresh and presentation is amazing but there have been many times where the pizza has just fallen short and is quite average for the price that you pay. I wouldnāt say this place does the best pizza but itās definitely a good place to go with a small/large group of friends for a satisfying feed. Garlic bread is SO bomb though š¤¤
Service is alright. We ordered bbq smoked pork and sea salt and pepa prawn pizza. It is very nice but a bit salty. It is very noisy and hard to chat. You need to order at the counter and get your own water, glasses and utensil but they run out of water, glasses and utensil at 7:30pm when we go there. Maybe not enough staff doing the washing.
Huge portions, interesting menu, something for everyone. Carbonara and the beef short ribs are my favourite combinations, other than the classic pepperoni. The basil olive oil is a game changer!
Theo and co never fail to disappoint. Perfect place to come in with a big group and enjoy yourself over delicious pizza. Would definitely recommend the pork belly, but the margherita was great too.
Myself and two friends began the night with a garlic bread - you canāt got wrong and this set the standards high for the remainder of the night. The main course (my friend is a vegetarian and the trio had to compromise on a vego pizza) was the farmers market veggie pizza, which had a nice thin and crispy base. The toppings worked well together, however I believe something was missing - maybe meat? To finish, we had the cookies and cream dessert pizza which was a gift from the gOds! The ice cream, so creamy melts into the doughy base and is all topped with warm crunchy cookie pieces. The amazing pizza combined with great service made the experience great and will definitely be back! (For the three of us - moderate female eaters, there was plenty leftover and we had to bring both of the pizzas home)
Fantastic Pizza, really bad kids pasta.
We were at the Vic Park cafe. It was clean and the toilets were clean. The we had a booth, these are really comfortable and spacious, was clean. The seats we found were little low.
We have has pizzas from here before and again they lived up to the expectations. I asked for fresh cut chillies etc perfectly done, the pizzas were beautifully done.
We had 3 kids that wanted pasta as it was on the menu. The pasta was very bad as in it lacked taste or any kind of effort. It is not hard to cook a simple creamy pasta so if they are going to keep this on the menu really should improve on the item - $30 down the drain really.
Again, it's not a pasta place so you can be forgiven but take it off the menu so it will not let the pizzas down. As the pizzas here are fantastic.
Came here for dinner over a weekend.
Plenty to choose from and friendly staff. May require booking in advance as it can get busy at times.
Pizzas are good, the Greek lamb was a little dry but may have just been due to a busy night.
Gooooodness gracious... best pizzas I've ever tasted in my life! Yes it's crowded, yes it's noisy, but worth it. Advice to diners: Go between 6 to 7pm, before peak hours.
By far one the best pizza joints I've been to. The long wait was worth it. Tons of options of pizzas to pick from. You'll be spoilt for choices.
Personal favourite was the Pepperoni Skillet pizza which actually a deep dish style pizza that originated from Chicago and the Los Pollos Hermanos pizza - crunchy chicken, avocados, red capsicum based sauce.
Cant wait to go back again!
Easily some of the best pizzas my partner and I have had recently, Theo clearly knows what he is doing. Expect to taste flavour on a level not found in your typical pizza offering, and be sure to save room for a dessert pizza! The sticky date pizza was simply delicious! Looking forward to coming back and trying their pasta. Be aware that this is at the upper end of the price spectrum, but you get what you pay for!
Very very nice pizza... Like the crunchy pork belly pizza very much.
Custom Royal apple pizza is surprisingly good.
Price is very reasonable
The best pizza in Perth! Love the restaurant atmosphere, the friendly staff, and of course their delectable pizzas!
