Food is amazing. I ordered the asparagus Buddha bowl and I honestly could eat it everyday, the amount of different flavours and the colours in the meal was perfection highly recommend
Best coffee in town! Thanks to the Allpress coffee beans and the talents of their barista, Boom.
Love the beautiful, raw menu and their staff are incredibly thoughtful and efficient.
The best cafe south side of the Yarra - no exaggeration!
Beautiful vegan curries- not oily at all! I love that they’re served with fresh kale. 😀 The burger was also delicious with a thick homemade black bean patty. I love the recycled cardboard takeout containers as the plastic ones that most places use leach harmful chemicals. I’ll definitely come back 👍
Super friendly staff and the food is healthy and delicious! There aren’t many places that have a healthy and yummy breakfast option on their menu. I had the breakfast salad with a poached egg, avocado and warm bacon pieces. Highly recommend!
Got there for my first brunch in Melbourne. Food was fresh and i think they used the best of the best in my plate. I ordered a soy hot chocolate too. It was absolutely yummy, especially the chocolate on top (I drank it all before taking a photo of it *sob*). Staff were nice and polite. They also have a small garden at the back and it’s awesome. I really enjoyed. Highly recommend and definitely come back one day with friends!!!!!
VEGAN FRIENDLY
Charges a standard merchants fee for electronic transactions.
Almost everything in this place is either vegan or vegetarian. The ingredients are fresh and mostly as close to whole food as possible .I ordered the charcoal bun burger - a favourite with the staff. The burger was enormous (seen picture). Friendly staff. Quick service. I Recommend this venue for both meat eaters and vegans alike.
One of the most underrated cafes in Melbourne.
I just visited Little Sunflower for the first time ever, and everything on the menu looked incredible!
I tried the Buddha Bowl with Broccolini and Pesto Chickpeas which was amazing - so healthy and simple!
Can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!
We went as a group of six to this comfy, eco-friendly cafe in Elwood. Although it was a busy Sunday lunchtime, the friendly staff graciously showed us to a spacious table. Although none of us were vegetarian, we were completely satisfied by our Buddha bowls.
I had a Siri Lankan Fragrant Curry, which was so much better than imagined. To drink, I recommend the Turmeric Chai Latte - generous pot size and an absolute delight.
Definitely coming back to this wonderful establishment.
We love little sunflower cafe! The food is healthy, real and delicious - and it doesn’t cost an arm and leg! So many cafes charge excessive prices for healthy nutritious food these days.
The staff are always lovely too - such a down to earth place!
My fave is the chai tumeric latte and the sweet potato rosti!
Drove passed Little Sunflower Cafe many times wanting to stop and try it.
On an early morning stroll stopped by for a coffee and a piece of toast and were so delighted we decided to order breakfast too.
Coffee: 10/10 I’m real picky with coffee but this was one of the best I had in a long time. Loved the big mug it came in.
Food: 10/10 delicious, fresh, tasty. The pumpkin toast was really nice and awakened our appetite. Ordered the rice pudding and the granola, both were delicious.
Service: 10/10 friendly and attentive service. Got water for our puppy too.
Environment: small, cozy and cute.
Really nice place, highly recommend.
With nourishing smoothies, organic whole food meals and devine buddha bowls, there's something on the menu for everyone. Elwood Park is just up the road and has a nice little playground for your little ones to explore once you are finished eating. @plantbasedmum_
Healthy food and really nice atmosphere. I had the Srilankan curry with kale and cauliflower and it was spot on . I stayed at the back and it was calm and peaceful . The music was relaxing too . Loved it ! Thank you
