Nutrition Station in Epping has helped me stay on track with my food, macros and overall health. The staff are so friendly and always eager to help. The NU meals they provide in store and through order are perfect for my busy lifestyle (specifically I just took a weekends worth away with me to Sydney and they helped me stay on point!!!). Overall, the vibe in the place is cool and friendly and everyone is always down for a chat! I highly recommend you all check these guys out! Hopefully I'll see you there ;)
Wow, what a place. I attended the grand opening and was floored by what i experienced. Such a great establishment, the staff were polite, courteous and very helpful, as well as the owner, who was very visible and active in the running of the store. The food was unbelievable and extremely tasty, and very well priced. Everything was spotless and the atmosphere was very calming, which made eating there a pleasure. And the drinks, OMG, they were perfect.
Will definitely be coming back again and again, and i highly recommend you do to.
Wheelchair accessible. Accessible bathroom available.
Great healthy and clean food. Moderately priced. Really spacious and definitely modernly accessible for everyone with different needs.
I was on my way to Epping plaza and almost completely walked passed this new cafe, glad I noticed it! Delicious food, I had the chilli scramble 😍
I’d never really given “Poke bowls” much consideration before I went to the States this year. And at the risk of sounding like that person who name drops the countries she went to instead of talking about the food, being in New York this time round, these bowls of deliciousness where one of the highlights. They’re everywhere and they’re just so good. I didn’t even know at the time why they’re called Poke bowls – I admit that I thought it as naff as you literally poke around in a bowl of quinoa or rice looking for the morsels of tofu or halloumi or falafel or whatever your protein-poison is, hidden behind a vegetable that someone else cut up for you. But of course, I’m an idiot, and it’s the genius of Hawaii where poke means “to slice or cut.”
I do like this new addition to the area. I like the idea of being able to eat clean with fresh ingredients. Service is good and there’s also the option of buying meals making it convenient for your to eat well with minimal time.
I went here on a Sunday morning and had the salmon Benedict and a peanut butter protein shake. Both were very nice. The cafe wasn’t overly busy. I would definitely return.
3.5 Nu is perfect for that guilt free post workout meal, or that healthy mid morning brunch while shopping. With a clean eats focus, it will definitely leave you feeling great. Nu’s fresh and healthy menu is...
After I have finished a late brekkie at Nonna’s Deli & Espresso, I still felt like to have another drink after wandering around for another hour. Tried to drop in this healthy cafe to get an organic coffee; however those other organic drinks on fridge display tempted me to change my mind so gave it a go. Honestly, it was the first time that I tasted such can of organic drink. Feeling was not bad, particularly the subtle taste of ginger and lemon is really refreshing. Having said that, I still prefer to have an organic coffee otherwise ......
This place is pretty cool, defs Aimed at a specific demographic - i like how it’s local so it encourages young people and adults to eat healthier. Food was pretty delicious and service was great!! This is my second time coming back here. :)
Found them through Menulog and ordered their Angus Beef burger with sweet potato chips on the side and the banana bliss smoothie. Everything was perfect only regret is not ordering the smoothie in a larger size.
What a great find amongst so many fatty sugary fast food giants - finally somewhere with fast fresh healthy food that actually tastes great. The kids enjoyed their quinoa crusted chicken and sweet potato chips with REAL orange juice while the adults chose to go for the create your own menu, everything cooked well and very satisfying. Great selection of drinks, friendly staff, clean and tidy, great little spot. Yes it's a bit more expensive than the take out giants but it's actually REAL food. Happy to support this business and the health of my family. Well done Nu keep up the good work.
Delicious lunch, best smoothies ever!!! Fresh food, healthy and tasty. I also bought 10 boxes meal. Well priced and food are not frozen, I can keep it in the fridge for 7 days. Now I can focus on exercise. Great atmosphere, lovely staffs. Definitely coming back👍🏾👏🏾
Great customer service, really lovely ladies. Price is okay. Corn fritters were underwhelming; Tasted reheated. Weren't crispy and fresh, were cool and a bit soggy. But the wrap was good.
Okay coffee and good range of healthy meal alternatives to the usual cafe menus in the area. I visited for a second time recently and found I enjoyed the scrambled egg and halumi wrap, the quality of the food seems to have improved. Coffee was still just okay. The chocolate and coconut protein balls were nice. I am tempted to give it another try. Tip: byo freshly ground pepper... still.
Nice food and smoothies. Kids loved the pancakes. Sweet potato fries was really good too. Kids ate it without fuss. I had super seed salad. It was nice big serve. Frittata was great. Would definitely visit again.
Last review was 8 months ago. Now I am a regular here and absolutely love everything on the menu.
The best place I've been to for breakfast in the area. Amazingly healthy meals and nice smoothies. Also get my weekly meals from these guys now and it's never been easier. Nothing is frozen like other meal prep companies and has the nutritional value on easy pack. Would recommend this place to anyone who comes to the area.
