Neljä loistavaa aamiaista tammikuussa -18. Loistavaa safkaa, hyvää kahvia ja kilttiä henkilökuntaa. Suosittelen: tarragon chicken sanga.
Best coffee and the staff members. I drink long macchiato and they make the best macchiato.
I had the Harissa tofu scrambled which was delicious. Very flavourful. I’m not a Vegan so I added a fried egg on top which I think was a good addition too.
Very friendly staff.
I had the caramel slice after which was just heavenly, a bit too sweet but its all caramel and chocolate so I guess its expected.
The ham and cheese toastie was also really nice.
There was a bit of a wait for the food on Saturday but they apologised so I guess it’s not an everyday problem.
The decor, the graffiti everywhere makes it a very cool place to hang out too.
Great place and friendly staff! The coffee was good and the outside terrace is a nice place to sit when the sun is out to watch the life go by.
Needed a coffee, pop into Grace before heading to Rose St Market. Not a fan of muffins but I thought why not. Yummiest vegetarian sort of muffin I’ve had and it was still warm! I minus 1 star cos my coffee was burnt!
Cute little vegan cakes and stuff in the display cabinet. Really nice set up of the place - front and back is chill as to chill in. Good coffee
Great vegan + vegetarian friendly cafe on iconic rose street. The menu is classic and fresh, and the baked goods inside look amazing. Coffee is good. Best spot to sit is outside the front verandah in the sunshine!
Yummy food, very fast service. Relaxed and casual atmosphere. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a low key bite on the weekend.
Grabbed some quick breakfast snacks for our international guests via Uber Eats from Grace. Mine was a BRAT - an egg and bacon sandwich essentially. It was tasty and quick. The chilli jam was particularly good.
We came here for the Vegan Day out and had the zucchini fritters. They were really tasty especially the tomato diipping sauce. The soy latte was great as well. Will return to try more and get coffee.
Hands down best brunch in fitzroy. Best part is that there are so many dummies going over to industry beans and it’s inconspicuous that most of us regulars get a spot right away. TRY A PASTRY BECAUSE THEY ARE AMAZING.
Also I think this is a one woman show and I’m all about supporting small female-run businesses. Freaking winner.
Return customers , decent food and a better price than the surrounding cafes I’m assuming due to the atmosphere. Or lack there of, desperately need a shade cloth for outside so the tables are not wasted . I really enjoyed the baked eggs as there is no capsicum in it and a lovely amount of eggplant , tomatoe and chickpea. I added chorizo bit steep at $5 for a handful of pieces but the meal was filling and the coffee is nice . I would recommend a glass cake stand as flys land on the sweets hence why I never try them but they look amazing .
Will return
Grace cafe
Pros:
👨Staff are lovely, and happy to answer any questions
🧁 We drive out of our way just to have the vegan zucchini chocolate cake, beautiful, creamy, and moist. There are a lot of options to suit all dietary requirements.
☕️ The coffee was roasted perfectly, we have never been disappointed
💰The price point is medium to high, you are looking at $5-7 dollars for a each cake, but great quality.
🚗 Great location, with private car park provided.
Sometimes the best discoveries are the accidental ones. Randomly stumbled across this gem and happily experimented its spinach and pumpkin baked eggs. The pumpkin sweetness was brought out by the generous sprinkling of pine nuts. Hearty and warming, this is the perfect recipe on a cold, wet day.
The interior feels old and cramped so it would be more inviting to sit outside on a dry, warm day. Service was helpful and efficient, completing a satisfying experience. Don't forget to feast your eyes on the artwork as well as the taste buds.
Sunday morning was pretty special today with brunch at Grace. Calm and pleasant atmosphere with a delightful menu not cluttered with trendy guff. I had the chili scrambled eggs and it was delicious! Too much for me to eat all of it, the serving sizes are very generous. A local treasure, I will be back again.
A Hidden cafe in Fitzroy known for its humble, down to earth vibe. Looks just like any other house on Rose Street from outside. They kept the interior minimalistic - stripped back to bare basics with antique furniture. Adds to the charm.
We were too full to grab anything else but their Iced latte was just perfect on a sunny day.
Cute little place. Rustic. Good food, good service. Went, with friends, for Sunday breakfast before going to the Rose Street Market just up the road. We got there at 8:15, and were the only ones eating-in at that time. By 9:30 it was packed so I'm glad we went early. Seems like the sort of place that the locals like to go to. Decaf coffee wasn't great, had to ask for hot water to dilute my long-black decaf so that it was drinkable. And there's one loo, so it's shared, I held on and went in the nicer toilets at the cafe next door to the market. We had a nice breakfast though.
We were walking around Fitzroy and noticed a wonderful graffiti with Leonardo da Vinci painting on it. Couldn't resist to check it out.
Grace is an extremely cozy little café decorated in a stereotypical grandma style.
Everything has a little bit of history from an old weighing machine to the teaspoons we got. Feels like visiting a grandma who makes a very good coffee. We will definitely come back again.
Good Morning. Tremendous coffee and terrific BRAT sandwich would be a best description of my experience. Solid 5 stars of brunch love 🏏🏏🏏🏏🏏
