Today we called into Route 45 in the Loft of Forest Hill Chase to celebrate my recent exam result from CPA. They had a great selection of lunchtime specials that came in at only $14 each, and a number of other handwritten boards out the front with other options for special days and events. I really enjoyed the NY burger which was a cheese burger with lettuce and pickles and a whole lot of sauce. Chips were well seasoned and it also came with a soft drink. The party was cooked well and just slightly pink on the middle. Would definitely come her again although atmosphere was a little lacking at 12 noon in a Friday. Hopefully the Loft precinct picks up again soon.
Next time I’ll be sourcing out their massive schnitzel meal which I’ve seen in IG and I just know will impress.

The diner with big and amazing flavours. Located in the Forest Hill SC is this amazing roadhouse diner which serves up big flavours and big size portion meals which are perfect for sharing.
There is so much to choose from on the menu and youll be kn for an absolute treat. From burgers, to wings and ribs there is something for everyone
We started off with an amazing entree which was a platter with wings, chips, squid and it was really good. Loved that they had different types of flavours for the wings. The salt and pepper squid was really good as well and they are perfect for sharing
Moved on to our mains and we tried their epic burgers and chips and burgers and ribs. They were massive portions and i recommend sharing. The ribs were an absolute highlight and it was so soft and tender and the meat literally falls off the bone. The burgers were really good and i loved the flavours and combinations of ingredients
Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this place for big groups as their portions are perfect for sharing

A family friendly diner that serves up the most delicious and cheat meal worthy dishes, Route 45 is a must visit for everyone. You'll find dishes that will suit anyone and everyone's taste, and even the vegetarian are catered for here.
My friend and I were rolling out the door after our meal. Think juicy and tender chicken wings, Instagram-worthy burgers and finger licking good ribs. The flavours and the quality ingredients are what set them apart from other places. Bold, rich and punchy flavours, the Buffalo Wings and Tennessee Wings were perfection. The ribs literally and figuratively fell of the bone, and oozed a dark caramelised smoky taste that leave you wanting more.
The burgers were just as amazing. Soft fluffy buns, intense flavour and flawless execution. The soft shell crab was crunchy as, and the calamari were cooked beautifully. For vegetarians, check out the veggie burger that comes with juicy mushrooms.
